Absolute charlatans! Various blunders with the overall order but most importantly mis-speced the bathroom tiles, and then refused to refund for the unnecessary tiles (more than £200 worth!) Think twice before using them....

From initial enquiry, to completion of my bathroom refurbishment, I could not fault their commitment, work ethic and price. Their fitters were experienced, hard working, polite and friendly. They go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

I would highly recommend Simply Bathrooms. Over the past 13 years they have put in many bathrooms and en-suites for myself and my husband and each time their workmanship is ‘second to none.’ They are always very professional, friendly and respectful. They also take great pride in their work and nothing is too much to ask.
We first had Simply Bathrooms to do work for us in our apartment in the Albert Dock in 2012. They had come highly recommended to us by other residents in the building. At the time we lived in the Isle of Man and were not on site for much of the renovations. We felt confident with the team carrying on working in our absence. Moreover the bathrooms were completed to an exceptionally high standard with respect given at all times to our apartment and surrounding properties. In 2024, we bought a property in Heswall. We asked Simply Bathrooms to replace all bathrooms, en-suites and WCs in our house. Again we were absent for most of the work taking place but fully trusted the Simply Bathrooms team . Once again the works were completed to a very high standard and we were delighted with everything.
Without doubt all our experiences with Simply Bathrooms have been very positive. We find the whole team, from the showroom to the fitters to be professional, trustworthy, friendly and respectful in all aspects of the works. We recommend them to both family and friends.
Indeed we are so pleased with their work that we are getting them to put in an additional en-suite in a month’s time and are more than confident that we will get another excellent job done.

It's been 12 days since I made an order. No delivery, no information about the delivery.

I put an enquiry in as I have 2 bathrooms that need doing. I specifically asked to be called after 6pm as I’m at work. They rang me 3 times all in the day time and when I said I can’t speak and i wanted a call after 6pm, each time they said yes that’s fine we will call you then. But alas NO…. They keep calling in the day. So I’m done goodbye don’t ever call me again. If they can’t get that right then I don’t trust them either to do a good job.

Had our bathroom completely ripped out and redone . Went for a large shower , sink , toilet and tiles ect . What a fabulous job the fitter Simon did . Simply Bathrooms at Peterborough listened to our needs and was brilliantly executed by their fitter Simon . Very happy customer. Highly recommend.

Simply Bathrooms sold us and installed for us all the equipment in both our family and en-suite bathrooms in 2021 (very good job done then). The valve in the hot tap on the shower mixer tap seized last week. Despite knowing SB were not a repair service, I phoned the Narborough showroom for advice. Everyone there was very helpful and very responsive. I ended up taking the valve to the plumbers' merchant outlet next to the showroom. They went the extra mile for me by stripping the valve and rebuilding it and giving me details of the brand make and the company who supplies it, should it permanently fail. Very impressed.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! If I could give this company negative stars I would!!

We needed a specific bath and managed to find one from here, living on the Isle of Mull trying to organise the delivery was a nightmare to start with and we ended up having it delivered to my mums near Glasgow as they wouldn’t deliver even to Oban. We travelled from Mull to Glasgow (a 5 hr each way trip including ferries and van rental) to pick up the bath and thank god I thought to check the bath because it was wrong - the company who make the bath changed it TWO YEARS AGO and simply bathrooms had failed to update their website. I can’t count the number of times I had to phone to sort this out and the customer service was absolutely appalling and they could not have cared any less. So having travelled all that way, and being heavily pregnant, they would not compensate us at all. We were further inconvenienced by having to arrange for the bath to be kept somewhere safe for collection because we had to go home, again the attitude was tough if you want a refund that’s what you have to do.

Possibly the worst service I’ve ever received and I would be extremely extremely wary of buying anything from this company!

Narborough shop full of old miserable men that don’t want to get out their seat to help customers. I wanted to ask a simple yes or no question and I got shut down because he was sat down waiting for customers to pick out a bathroom. Never again

Highly recommend simply bathrooms we had a full room conversion transforming a coal house into a walk in shower suite with toilet, vanity and heated towel rail. All items are amazing, very pleased with how the overall look turned out.
The design process was very straight forwards and helpful, we had an idea in mind and Stacey created a lovely suite that we are over the moon with. All the team were extremely friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble.

Promising visit to Peterborough store prompted a site survey the following week. No comms from store required a call to (overflow) call centre to confirm visit. Received a confirmation from Peterborough confirming surveyor was en-route. Unfortunately no-show/no comms/no apology. DISMAL. This was a potential >£4K wet room. Wouldn't touch this business with a barge pole.

Absolutely shocking company. Purchased an EnSuite bathroom back in 2020, and have constant issues since. Leaks, poor workmanship, appalling excuses from manager. Quality of fixtures are poor and do not stand up to use. Only 2 of us use the en-suite and shower 3 times per week but constant leaking. I would not recommend you spend you hard earned money with these people, you will be very disappointed. I now find myself looking for a professional to sort out the leaks caused by simply bathrooms. I think a change in name to simply shocking would be more appropriate.

Very impressed with the service, planning and delivery of my bathroom. Expertly planned with great support from Stuart’s plumbing. Would recommend after my experience.

Visited the Boucher Place branch and was dealt with by Darren Roy, he was knowledgeable, helpful, and took time to resolve my queries.
Based on this experience a return visit is certain.
