Was kept up to date with my order and they got it in stock quickly and sent it out promptly as soon as it was with them.
Wait time for stock to come from Germany and then be posted to me only took a week.

I rang them initially to source a bath panel. They were superb in identifying the correct item most carefully. I ordered it quite late yesterday and to my delight, it was delivered at 7 15 this morning. First rate service all round

Ordered a kitchen tap which was unfortunately not in stock. Hannah put in the effort to find a suitable alternative, matched the price and got it delivered in time for our plumber to fit, great customer service, thank you!

Bathroom shop redeemed themselves....really worked hard to put problems right. Martin was a star and even offered to load a van and bring order straight away. big thanks you ...........Order not arrived a week after stated delivery date, made enquiry but never returned my call, as promised: left me having to rearrange plumber and project. Brill. Very hardy. Love that it’s recycled. Managed to get it set up pretty easily. Used the rail by the same company to put it up on my bathroom wall. The rail isn’t going anywhere after applying the glue. It’s even stuck on a slightly uneven wall since I have tiles in my shower.

Was trying to get a replacement shower head for HansGrohe shower, which was not the UK standard model which Bathroom Shop UK were able to source in the EU at a competitive price and obtain within a sensible time frame their communications were clear and timely

Royal Mail lost the order from bathroom shop but Martin at bathroom shop followed up immediately and without question sent a replacement and then followed up to ensure the new order arrived safely. It was a £20 shower grate but the service was amazing.
