Great service in Marple...
Very happy with the service provided by Tom and Amber at Julian Wadden in Marple. JW were more optimistic about the property's potential value than other agents. Although lower than the original asking price, the eventual sale price was higher than others had suggested we may achieve. JW were in touch throughout the sale process, to keep us informed of progress. Highly recommended.

My recent experience with the Julian Wadden team in Marple marketing my property was excellent. They constantly sourced prospective purchasers. Useful feedback was regularly given. They maintained an optimistic/professional attitude throughout.

Julian Wadden have been consummately professional in our purchase of one of their properties.
They acted as intermediaries in negotiating an agreed price. They allowed us escorted access to the building on several occasions.
Staff were polite, efficient and friendly.
All in all they made a sometimes fraught event very easy. Highly Recommended.

The staff at the Marple branch were very helpful, however we must say the communication from Amber was first class she kept us informed with good or bad news through our long protracted purchase. Ambers cheerful persona & excellent communication skills & drive to get this deal completed was reassuring through the process.
