Omg, the Delise floaty summer dress in green, for 2025 looks NOTHING like what arrived in the post. £35.95 its revolting shiny fabric, with the worst ever stitching it's absolutely awful. I replied YOU are NOT Jules and Josh of London you are SCAMMERS.

Your products DO NOT match the images on your so called website.

I can see now that my order JJ1963 is a complete rip off and judging by the thousands and thousands of unhappy customers reviews on Trust Pilot, it's abundantly clear you have completely taken the images of a London shopfront and put AI humans in front of the shop, as happy customers!!!

You are a complete con. And as an ex member of the police in this country, I have now reported your company to various organisations to have you shut down and investigated. I want my money back £36 , as soon as possible before you con any more innocent people out of their money..

You've been reported to Action Fraud UK and in Asia. The Cyber Crime Reporting Centre, the Federal Trade Commission, the Advertising Standards Authority, Bank of England Fraud Team, Facebook, Internet Crime Complaint Centre . Please send my money back NOW

A scam. As already said on this site, it is an Asian company pretending to be London based. I ordered sandals, purporting to be leather, but they are very poor quality - made from cheap plastic, and a poor fit. No size actually written on the sandals themselves!

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible company, scamming UK people into thinking they are a UK company when in fact they’re based in Asia. The product I thought I was buying were leather sandals, in fact they were cheap plastic. Terrible quality. Avoid this company, they’re rip-off merchants.

Ordered a dress and OMG! Expecting a garment worth wearing and received a garment not worthy of cleaning the floor with! Customer services not replied to get the 40% refund of the product either. Do not use any of the companies using of London because they are all scams. They claim to trade from London but then send cheap products from China and cost you £25 to send back then no reply to get refund! FALSE ADVERTISING AND RIP OFF COMPANIES! DO NOT USE THESE!! THESE COMPANIES NEED TO BE BANNED FROM ADVERTISING AND TRADING!!!

Slow delivery, (over 3 weeks) weird communication and revolting quality. I was scammed, please don’t use this company.

Delivery was over 2 weeks. Communication was not transparent. Informing me that i could not get a refund as the order had been dispached. Then received email later to say order was now being processed. Therefore lied to.
The quality of item . [BLUE BOOTS] are poor. Look nothing like then adverts.

Very poor quality for the price. Returned items need to be shipped back to Asia at own cost. Wish I'd read these reviews before purchase. The company name makes it sound like a London based boutique. What a scam.

Another scam using same images and story as Brown London !!

If I could give minus 5 I would. A scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY COMPANY RELATED TO IT. The “dress” was the worst quality I have ever seen. Has no bearing to the description or picture on the website. Despite being called julesjosh London, the item was shipped directly from china. It had obviously been used to wipe the floor of the workshop before it was squashed into the delivery bag. Only fit for the bin. Tried to contact company and website is shut for routine maintenance!

Do not use this company!
Very poor product, they are nothing to do with London. Chinese. The jumper is impossible to wear as I cannot get it over my head. Only offered, eventually, 15%refund or 60% gift card for another article from them. I would not want another article of this poor quality. Postage to China is expensive and took two weeks to get to me, to return it would be out of the 30 day return period!

Item listed was NOTHING like item received. Example was nadine merrabi but the item received was Horrid.
Offered 15% discount to keep items.
Never replies to emails. AVoid at all cost.

Terrible service, shoes were awful when messaged to be able to return they said I would have to ship at own cost back to Asia, offered me a small refund and could keep the shoes which were going to go straight into the bin, avoid at all costs.

I had already written a 3 star review for this business, but now, due to the latest developments, I feel that was overrated and buyers need to be warn of this terrible scam. They use a very misleading label and description of the items. The quality is the poorest I have ever experienced. I have reluctantly accepted a 60%voucher after the first purchase experience. The second item was even worse. It's very expensive to send it back, and I wouldn't dare placing it in a charity bag, so they will all go in the bin. £80 gone completely to waste. The worst ever experience!

Sweater took 3 weeks to arrive. I bought a ONE-SIZE, but I received a SMALL. I applied to return it…there is a £14.99 return charge (£14.99 to swap it for something else also ) OR…. return it to China !!!
Total scam, unless you don’t need to return anything. GOOD LUCK!!
