Please don’t buy from this company. You have to send the goods back to China for a refund and they don’t want to give you a refund. They keep offering a part refund end keep the item

I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived very very very disappointed quality not good try to return to the return address on the parcel and they said the address is not for returning anything no way will you get a refund

Unfortunately was scammed by this company as well, poor quality and size are incorrect. Can’t return unless you pay shipping to back to China

The company claimed to be based in the Netherlands, but returns had to be sent to China — something they only revealed after purchase. They tried to offer partial refunds instead of proper returns. I had to push hard to get my full refund but in the end, exchange cupke of email then refun me 100% . Very misleading. Be careful

Clarke London is a scam company pretending to be a UK-based fashion brand, but everything is actually shipped from China. What you receive is nothing like what’s advertised. The quality is shockingly bad — cheap, flimsy materials, poor construction, and absolutely not worth the money. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare. They only offer one if you return the items to China. Given the long shipping times, that’s almost impossible. Plus, return tracked shipping to China is expensive and not reimbursed by them, making it practically pointless.
This company is dishonest and preys on unsuspecting customers. Avoid Clarke London at all costs!

Stay away from this company they sell trash and they never refund you . Their not from London their from China that's were you have to return them to.

Do not buy . They are fraudulent and advertise clothes as leather, you pay and receive cheap plastic. Then they do not want to refund .

I ordered from this company 2 months ago. I had the same experiences as in other reviews. I reported to my Barclays bank and got my money back. I recommend you all report to your banks. Remember to point out that they do not reveal anywhere on their website that they are in China plus they are in violation of the Consumer Rights Act by not giving you any feasible way to return your items. Plus their sizing chart is inaccurate and the pictures on the website are not a true representation of the clothes. The more strikes this company gets the easier it will be to take them down.

The boots I received were terrible very poor quality badly constructed badly stitched nothing like the photos on their website and certainly not worth the £45.00 I paid for them.So bad I wouldn't wear them to my allotment. The best place for them is the dustbin. Will not be sending them back as I'm not prepared to pay for shipping fees to China and according to reviews probably wouldn't get the full amount due. Please don't use this company it's a total scam and like the boots they also belong in the dustbin sooner rather than later.

I ordered a coat from the company believing they were a London company. The coat eventually arrived and is of extremely poor quality and smaller than the sizing suggested. I have tried to ask for a refund but the best they can offer is 20% and keep the product. The alternative is to return it to China where the company actually resides at my own expense. Don’t use this company. They are appalling. The only reason I have given one star is because there is no option for zero.

This company are a bunch of thieves, they pretend to be in London but are Chinese. Returns process is laughable. Please avoid them at all costs, I was sent a pair of cheap rubbish shoes in a poly bag, so they were crushed, but apart from that they were two inches shorter than shoes that fit me. Absolute con artists!

Dreadful quality, arrived really late, no help from the company when I asked for a refund. I have been told to return the poor quality shoes back to China at my own expense. Keep away from them - they should not be allowed to trade.

Absolutely bag of shite! Ordered 70 quid pair of boots. Waited over 3 weeks to receive and the quality and style is nothing like the image on the website. I thought it was a British company being Clarke of London but reading these reviews it's China. Wish I'd looked them up first. Poor quality wrong size and very very cheap looking

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not order from this company, I cannot express how poor the quality the dress was, it looked like something from a pound shop. They would not refund me, kept sending emails offering credit towards another purchase ! Or that I could keep the dress and have a 20% refund. I wish I had read the reviews before I before buying firm this dreadful company
