This is NOT a company based in London. It’s a cheap Chinese outlet. The shoes are plastic and not true to size. It’s unbelievably hard and costly to return items - as you have to return to China! They offer you 30% of the cost as the return price is astronomical.
Avoid this scam!

I bought one pair of shoes and was surprised when payment was taken for two pairs (I definitely didn't order them) and asked to cancel the order on the second pair before they had shipped but was told I couldn't. Then they said I had to wait for delivery and then return the second pair and cover the cost of sending them back to ASIA after thinking they had come from a London based company. Would not use them again.

Scam. Items have not arrived after 2 weeks.

Clothes did not represent the quality and style shown on website. Although looks like London if you want to return any items they want you to pay all shipping package costs to china or only 30% back of what is paid. Will not want to wear any of these products so 30% back is not the result I would like to choose. Emails back and forth with not much results. Very disappointing and will not buy from them again

My "knitted" jumper turns out to be a nylon hoodie, with a print to look like it's knitted.... quite frankly, the worst item of clothing I have ever seen! Clearly a scam as you can't return without spending a fortune. Avoid at all costs

Please do not buy from this company. Unfortunately I did, the clothes that arrived looked nothing like the photos on the website.....the woollen jumper was 100% polyester, the linen shirt was a very cheap cotton, and the 100% cotton shirt...that was originally £90 could only be used to blow your nose! Unfortunately, this is a scam....I have asked for a complete refund.....fingers crossed!!

Scam alert! I bought a leather bag , which was actually a shoddy , badly made fake leather bag. I returned it to the returns address on the package. Now they are refusing to refund, saying it should have been returned to China. Reporting them to trading standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Delivery took a long time. Boots were not khaki but a green shade

please do not use this website it is fake! TheyNot even made in England as stated. They are selling cheap nasty products and using photos from quality websites.
Then when you ask to return an item they try and fob you off with a 30% Discount!

I now have had to raise a dispute with my bank and wait 2 weeks to get my money back.

Also reported this on Facebook too, as false advertising/Fake goods.

This is not a London-based husband and wife team, as they advertise it, but a warehouse based in China that sells very poor quality product. The website might lead you to think otherwise, but don't fall for it.

Bought sandals advertised on Facebook. They were reduced down to £39.99 from £200.00. They have just turned up after 2 weeks of waiting. They are cheep plastic maybe worth £10.00. Also bought a suede jacket which turned out not to be suede. Not worth the money looks cheap.

Cheap poorly made sandals, never worth £175 original price, not even worth the £31 discount price. Arrive from customs so obviously not from a posh London store. Rough Velcro, horrible plastic soles just vile, nasty and cheap. The website pictures lie about quality, feel scammed. No paperwork and the return address seems dubious. Lesson learn’t if deal sounds too good then it is. No wonder they are closing (if they really exist in London). Do not buy. I’m fuming. Would have given zero stars and wanted to post pictures but can’t seem too.

Fraudulent 'company' using FAKE photos and FAKE reviews. Had to give 5 stars so this review would be listed at the top, as a 1 star goes to the bottom and not many people will see it before they're conned into buying something. It is not a genuine company but middlemen for a shoddy manufacturer in CHINA....nothing to do with London. I managed to contact them as soon as I discovered the SCAM on here ( after I scrolled through the 'good' reviews) I told them to cancel my order and refund my money, and that I had contacted my bank and would involve the police. Fortunately they did refund my money. Please, everyone should contact their bank, and involve Trading Standards and any other Authority.

After waiting 3 wks the £40 cardigan arrived on Monday & it is nothing like the item I ordered - very cheap material, different colour & poorly made. Contacted co. & they requested pictures. They emailed today & offered a 30% reduction if I wanted to keep the item as they said shipping costs to return the item would be expensive for me & - unbelievably, that accepring their offer ( of still paying £28 for something I would never wear!) would be more
environmentally friendly! I obviously refused & am looking into consumer rights. Furious!

The backstory they tell is probably a lie. I ordered 4 wool jumpers from their "closing down" sale, none are what they are advertised as. Two are 100% polyester, one I have seen on Temu (printed flowery top, made of some kind of acrylic) and a totally appalling one which was described as knitted but just has a picture of knitting printed on it. Made me laugh anyway. I will complain but since you have to pay for returns to Asia and sort customs clearance yourself before they refund Good Luck to Wendy who just posted!
