Love the color, the smooth ride, very quiet way more quiet than a super 73. Love the parental controls. The only downside is that there are no pegs that fit the design of the bike

I ordered a bike that scrambler one $1699 I have an E bike and I had it sold and then the guy kind of reneged on it and I called within 24 hours and you guys canceled my order not too many people companies would’ve did that. When I saw my two bikes, I would definitely buy a bike from you. Appreciate what she did for me giving me that refund.

I was disappointed because the description of the bikes does not specify that the hard tail that I picked has a cadence sensor and only the full suspension model has a torque sensor. I honestly believe the website should mention this. Also, a lot of the workarounds to get more power out of the motor have been quietly restricted on the most recent models. This is contrary to all of the reviews on the internet and is disappointing because this was one of the main reasons I picked a Juiced. I purchased the dual battery model, which unfortunately only comes with 1 charger, so it takes me twice as long to charge my bike. 120 mile range as advertised, but i got 60 miles out of my first ride, which had a steep hill and the bike overheated.
I'm happy to say that customer service responds quickly, the build quality is up to par, assembly was easy and I had no issue with the quick and careful delivery.
I'm having fun riding the bike, as it is my 1st e-bike and it looks awesome!

The bike is awesome. It took about 45 mins to put together. Its fast and fun to ride. What Jew to the bike is the quality of it. Customer Service is top-notch to.

The shipping was quick for the Scrambler HT. Unfortunately when unboxing it we noticed a couple scuffs on the frame and the hinge to the thumb throttle was broken. The customer service replaced it under warranty, now just waiting for the replacement which seems to be slower than the original shipment of the bike.

Thumb throttle broke after a week.

When my son and I were searching for an e-bike that would check all the boxes, we knew that it also had to come from a company that cared about its customers. We knew Juiced had been acquired by Lectric, and we were familiar with Lectric's great customer service. Buying the Juiced Scrambler FS turned out to be the best decision ever! Juiced customer service has exceeded all our expectations. Our emails are answered right away, our questions are addressed in helpful and friendly ways, solutions are quickly arrived at. They make it so easy. Plus the Scrambler is such a great bike! My son has had so much fun riding it. He rides with his friends every day.

I am enjoying my bike so far, it meets all my expectations. I love the orange color, and the performance is exactly what I expected.

I placed my order a few months ago and it was shipped very quickly. My son was surprised when I told him his bike is on the way. When we got it, the instructions weren't clear on a few things, specifically the chain guard. We ended up not putting the chain guard on because we couldn't figure out how it mounted. The online manual also talked about moving red brake pieces but our bike didn't have them. My guess is that the manual needs to be updated to a current version. Other than that, the bike has been great and my son loves it. One thing he wished was that the rear brake was on the left side and the front brake was on the right side. This way he could control his wheelies a lot better. Lastly, I liked the color of the bike but there were not many choices. I wished there were better choices for the color of the bike and the labels. Overall, I have been impressed with Juiced and the bike and would recommend them to anyone.

A few things to work on surrounding an awesome platform. 1. Throttle bracket won’t stay in position on handle bars even when clamp is tight 2. Sticky Velcro glue under the seat melts and moves around. Please find a better solution to protecting the frame. 3. Integrate rear brake light into the rear tail frame of the bike. When the suspension bottoms out in the back it can crush the tail light. 4. Route the cables under the seat in such a way it no longer impedes with removing the battery. 5. Sell replacement parts and accessories on your webpage. We use these bikes and break them and want to be able to repair them. I love my purple FS scrambler and get compliments everywhere!
