Terrible Experience From Day One

I purchased a Juiced bike for my son, and unfortunately the experience has been frustrating almost from the moment we opened the box.

The bike arrived with multiple issues including a damaged seat, scuffed handlebars, a faulty kickstand, and other cosmetic damage. For a brand-new bike, that was already unacceptable.

Then, after only about two weeks of normal riding, we started getting a “HOT” warning on the display, and the throttle would shut down until the bike cooled off. This wasn’t happening after extreme riding or abuse — it was happening during normal use.

Given all of the problems with a practically brand-new bike, I asked Juiced to simply replace it. Instead, I was told they would replace the controller under warranty. The model we would have considered exchanging it for was also reportedly out of stock for roughly 60 days.

At this point, my frustration isn’t just that something went wrong. Products can have defects. It’s that a brand-new bike arrived with multiple problems and then developed a significant overheating issue almost immediately, yet the solution is to start replacing components on a bike we’ve barely owned.

When you spend this kind of money on a new e-bike, you shouldn’t feel like you’ve purchased a repair project.

I wanted to like the bike, and my son was excited about it. Unfortunately, based on the condition it arrived in, the overheating problem, and the way the situation has been handled, I cannot recommend Juiced based on our experience.

Waited 3 weeks for parts to arrive.

Research many companies and decided to pull the trigger on the juice to scrambler full suspension for my son. He absolutely loves it. Best looking bike out there the suspension is awesome the brakes are a little soft but other than that battery life is wonderful. He's already got 200 mi on it and a matter of a few weeks. FedEx hand delivered it into my garage. Upon assembly I noticed the throttle would not tighten to The handlebar. Upon investigation I noticed it had a crack in it so I notified customer service and they replied back to me instantly. I sent them over my VIN and they sent me a replacement throttle the same day.

Purchased a Scrambler for our almost 13-year-old grandson. He's had the bike about two months and is riding daily. We had problems with our charging cord a week after we received his bike and Juiced sent us a replacement immediately. We have also called a time or two with a question and they have been most helpful...customer service A+. Very satisfied with the quality of the bike, looking forward to seeing some additional accessories.

This company has met all of our warranty needs in a very timely manner! It has been a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that stands by their products. Thank you Juiced.

Love the bike. Great for commuting and hitting the bike path to the beach , get there in no time. Just waiting on my custom name plate that came with the purchase and for accessories to be available.

Delivered on schedule. Bike is as advertised and my son is thrilled with it. Already riding wheelies.

I ordered two bikes. 1st one was great. The 2nd one arrived with the battery misaligned and jammed into its compartment and the bike was non functional. I sent a request for assistance through your website and was never contacted. My neighbor also ordered a bike that arrived with the exact same issue. We were able to correct the problem but the lack of support or even a response wasnt a great vibe.

This is a great bike, very fun and pretty fast. My only complaint was on a couple of long rides, around 20 miles, it stopped and gave the error message “heat”. I turned it off for a few minutes and then it was fine. Other than that, I recommend it.

Battery life is at least 30% less than advertised, barely hitting 40miles on a 100% charge.

Well packaged and easy to assemble. We are enjoying the bike!
