Replacement parts taking months to get
While I didn't have a problem with the staff in the warranty dept, I was told dates that my replacement part would arrive and multiple times the part never showed. The replacement part was out of stock and backorder for months. Not a great sign.

Parts take too long
It took about a month to get a replacement throttle. Ridiculous.

Coconut Juice is Clutch
I love my coconut Juice Scrambler. Smooth. Fast enough for an amateur. Fits in the back of my Rav4. And it has phenomenal range.

My son crashed his bike so I thought nothing would be covered under the warranty. We reached out to juiced just for some advice on how to fix it ourselves. Not only were they helpful in diagnosing the problem but they also sent replacement parts. I couldn't believe it! Getting it to ship took a while but it was worth it. We are so happy with juiced. My son loves his bike!

Got What I Needed, but It Took Too Long
Unfortunately, it was not as smooth as I had hoped but it was efficient enough in an AI world. The answers were robotic and not being able to speak with some one was frustrating. Emails are too impersonal, but I was finally able to get what I needed after a few emails that could have been one phone call.

Better than the other e-bikes on the market!
I have owned multiple e-bikes now, for over 15 years. Yes, I was an OG. This is by far the best bike for the money. Looks great, rides well, and I'm thrilled to have it over my past e-bikes. Would highly recomend
