Excellent local family service. Reasonable rates and quality work. Would highly recommend their services and most importantly would return as a customer. We’d been let down by several local companies before we were luck to find Simon, Helen and the lads.

Lovely family company. Simon and his team removed an old boiler located downstairs and fitted a new one which they located in the attic space. They were efficient and extremely professional, polite and helpful throughout. Once the job was complete not only did they clean up after themselves, Simon took the time to explain the workings of the boiler and helped complete the extended warranty paperwork. An excellent job, thank you JSH plumbing and heating. Would highly recommend you to friends and family again and again

I have used JSH a few times now, and have always revieved excellent service.
The first time was for a replacement boiler, including removal of hit water tank and fitting thermostatic valves to all radiators. The work was completed without any issues, Simon even staying on to wait for the gas engineer to call and fix an issue they discovered with my gas meter. Exceptional service.
I have recently called them again for the boilers first service, and also fit a replacement shower and taps, as well as removing a sink from the utility room, and fitting a new worktop.
This work again was completed as agreed with no fuss, everything cleaned away.
Simon, Helen and the team at JSH have provided excellent service have been helpful and responsive each time I have contacted them.

The company are very reliable phoning beforehand to arrange a mutually convenient date and time. I’ve also had occasion to recommend JSH to friends.

Simon, Helen and the team at JSH have provided really excellent service to us on two occasions and I can't recommend them highly enough. All their staff are 'friendly experts', and they communicate clearly throughout the process, making sure there are no surprises or disappointments.

The first callout was planned maintenance, involving a central heating system flush, installing a magnetic filter and replacing a radiator. This was performed exactly as planned and the team were keen to make sure we were completely happy with all their work.

The second occasion 12 months later, was unplanned (circulation pump failure) and after assessing the urgency, everything was completed within two days.

I woke up a couple of days ago to find that I was without heating and hot water. I called Rhys and he came later that day to sort the problem. He was really quick and efficient and also very pleasant.

JSH Plumbing & Heating responded quickly to my problem and were a pleasure to have working in the house.
I telephoned JSH on Tuesday 2nd January 2024 as the shower pump installed at our house many years previously (by others) had stopped working. Within two hours a plumber was on site to diagnose the problem (new pump required). The pump was ordered and installed within three days with no fuss and no mess. I was impressed that I was kept informed as to when the pump was ordered and when I could expect the installation to be carried out. I would happily recommend JSH Plumbing & Heating to everyone for their professionalism.

I phoned with a leaking toilet emergency he sent someone within the hour the men he sent were fast friendly and verry good at wat they doo..I highly recommended these guys they never give up till the customer is happy...great service great price

Absolutely brilliant. Looked at our boiler, diagnosed the issue within 5-10 mins, was able to pick up the relevant part and fit it within the hour, issue resolved. Really can't fault it and highly recommend them.

Had our 30 year old boiler replaced along with all our radiators this week. Simon , Rhys and Joe arrived at 8am and the job was done and dusted by 6pm. We are more than happy bunnies at the quality of the work done and would highly recommend JSH Plumbing and Heating.

Had Joe from JSH plumbing out this morning to replace sink tap, and I must say they are a very reliable company and friendly staff. Work was done in no time at all. If you are looking for plumbing work I would definitely recommend these.

I am a landlord and this company has already helped me out at my rental properties, on a number of occasions.

Today they replaced a flush valve at a property of mine, in Barry. A very efficient service. The office staff and the engineers are extremely helpful, professional, and able.

They have attended many times this year. They have replaced a toilet, fitted a new one and replaced and fitted new taps. They also serviced my boiler and about to replace an old thermostat.
