JSH Plumbing & Heating Recensioni

I contacted JSH on Monday and was given an appointment for the following Thursday. The two lads who arrived were very friendly, and even better, they were early. Immediately identified the issue and went and sourced a replacement unit which was installed very quickly with the minimum of fuss. I was very impressed with the work carried out which was within my budget, so much so that I have booked them for another job. I would certainly recommend them for any plumbing jobs.

Fantastic customer service from both the admin team and engineer. Very knowledgable, a quick and simple process. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent service throughout. We had leaks from our shower, inside the shower and under the en-suite sink area.

Helen was quick to arrange an appointment later in the week and came back to us a couple of days before that appointment so the job could be done even quicker.

Tom and Theo completed all the works in about 35 mins checking everything was working and resealed properly.

Price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this firm.

Excellent service from a friendly proffesional team who know exactly what they are doing, evrything was left clean and tidy and working beautifully

Excellent, polite service, prompt arrival and they went out of their way to reorganise their schedule when our boiler suddenly stopped working. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone in future.

Sorted my water tank which wasn’t giving hot water. Came out quickly when I contacted them, explained the problem and came back the next day to fix it - very efficient!

JSH plumbing installation engineers, Rhys and Joe were very efficient, confident, knowledgeable and polite. The installation of a new gas fire was superb and I would recommend JSH plumbing without reserve.

Excellent service. Easy to make appointment. Email confirmation. Tom arrived on time and with parts. Job was undertaken without fuss.

Would highly recommend JSH

The company installed a small upstairs bathroom for my parents. The guys were great, arrived on time, completed everything in the time-frame quoted to us in exceptionally hot conditions. Both the tradesman who did the job were very friendly and excellent with my (very) old parents. This was particularly appreciated, as they are uncomfortable with strangers in the house. Both my parents were exceedingly happy with the team and would not hesitate to recommend the company

Have used JSH several times - they are polite, responsive to queries and do a thorough job, leaving no mess. Thank you.

Excellent support and knowledge from this team of professionals - I’ve had to call them out 3 times this year, including for a perma-flushing loo on New Year. Recent visit was to see whether a PRV on my boiler was causing flooding below - very reassured and grateful for a proposed quick note for the PMC to suggest they look elsewhere.

We had a bathroom conversion. Service and communication were excellent, lovely finish, quick work and very tidy.

If there were an Olympic event for boiler installation, JSH Plumbing and Heating Ltd would be bringing home gold, silver AND bronze. They installed my new combi boiler today and honestly — life‑changing. I can now have a shower in the middle of a heatwave without the water being a freezing cold. It’s practically luxury spa levels of joy.
The team were ridiculously polite, genuinely professional, and so efficient I’m convinced they operate on a higher plane of existence. Highly recommended — if you need a boiler, gas safe engineer or anything plumbing, stop scrolling and call them. Your future clean, happily‑showered self will thank you.

Another fantastic job by JSH. Such a wonderful team, everything is done with such care and professionalism. Always on time, always so easy to deal with nothing is ever a problem.

I won’t go anywhere else. Proper people with proper standards.

Wonderful

Excellent service , I am a 100% satisfied customer . They gave a prompt response and communications . Everything was fully explained beforehand with different options mentioned and the job was done very quickly with resourcefulness to deal with unexpected problems from my end . They cleaned up well after them which I really appreciate . I was charged a fair price . They also give good follow up care , I would completely trust them for any future work and will recommend this company to anyone I know in need of a good plumber .

From start to finish they have been the best , extremely polite and honest and very good workmanship, I honest would never use anyone else , full heating and radiators upgraded, so happy 😀

Very professional, very helpful, friendly and polite. They recommended things that I needed that I would not have thought of.

We recently used JSH Plumbing to fix a leak. Our assigned plumber was Tom. He proved not only to be an excellent tradesman but also an extremely friendly gentleman too.
He phoned to let us know the time he was likely to arrive and his timing was spot on.
I explained our problem which was a leak in a very akward place under the bath with hardly any room to move. This proved no worry to him and after explaining what he needed to do to fix the leak he went about his work. He kept us informed exactly what he was doing throughout. Luckily he had the necessary parts required in his van and the work was completed in a far shorter time than I expected. He completely cleared up and left absolutely no mess whatsoever. I wil definately be using JSH Plumbing again if required.

Well done on carrying out a complex job quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss and mess
Thank you
Can't recommend the whole team highly enough. Would have no hesitation in recommending JSH to anyone

JSH installed a walk in shower for my parents, they were professional and friendly throughout, came back with quotes quickly and were easy and responsive to deal with. The work is great, parents very happy. Would definitely recommend.
