JSH Plumbing & Heating Recensioni

Simon called round in no time and did a great job. I would certainly recommend him.

Great service from original phone enquiry to the fitting of a new shower bar and hose. Both plumbers were courteous and efficient. Cleaning up when work completed. JSH are number 1 in my book.

Brilliant service, Tom is an excellent plumber, so knowledgeable and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend JSH to anyone. I was very, very happy with the work he carried out.

Very polite on the phone and the plumber, Tom, who came out to the rental property explained exactly what work was carried out and was honest and helpful. Will use JSH plumbing again.

Highly recommend Simon and his team.
Professional, friendly and their work ethics are superb

5 Stars! Great service from start to finish. They came out the next day to fix my leaking toilet, with excellent communication throughout. The repair was quick and efficient, and the plumber was tidy and polite.

First time customer today.
Simon arrived at expected time. Nice, polite and professional. Got straight to work and explained everything throughout. All at a great price as well. Would use again and recommend.

My plumbers of choice! *****
Top service from JSH as always. 3 new radiators fitted by the lovely Rhys. Neat work and very accommodating. Great communication from booking a quote appointment, to accepting quote and booking the work itself. Thank you, Team JSH 😊

Absolutely fantastic company. I have had two appointments with engineers and they have both been professional and helpful. Put me at ease very genuine and I am so happy I have found this excellent company. I would highly recommend to everyone I will not use anyone else now!

Excellent, service with competitive pricing. Rhys the engineer was polite, knowledgeable and friendly, the repair and parts were fitted quickly and the system tested before the engineer left. I would fully commend this company for its service, prices and efficiency. Many thanks.

Yet again JSH proved to be excellent - this time reworking an old bathroom with the added challenge of retaining ( unblemished ) an original and beautiful cast iron bath, but shower boarding the room, putting in a lowered ceiling and replacing the rest of the sanitary ware. This time it was Tom Webb in the driving seat, and he excelled- providing a multi talented approach to the task, taking responsibility when needed but also keen to share decision making as appropriate. He is full of inspiration, enthusiasm and kindness. He brings a sense of enjoyment and fun to what is sometimes a daunting task and has a great way of being there, but not making you feel invaded. Basically a very talented man who is a joy to be around. He was ably assisted by Joe, the junior member of the Humphreys (JSH) family team. The work was undertaken speedily and efficiently. The results speak for themselves and we are very grateful.

Excellent service as always. Prompt, efficient and fair prices. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, prompt, professional and very good indeed. Would highly recommend and will certainly use JSH again

Prompt response to whatb I thought could have been an emergency. It turned out not to be but I was extremely grateful for the visit. I have dealt with JSH for several years and their level of customer service is an example to all I would recommend them to anyone. Because they are so brilliant they are always busy so be patient. Thank you for you reassuring visit

I've used JSH a few times and they always take pride in doing a good job. It's reassuring to have the knowledge that they will return if needed.

I would highly recommend JSH plumbing and heating to everyone.
Simon and the team have gone above and beyond to give us a working central heating system. No other company have been able to do this. We have been forced to use our electric immersion heater for some time
This failed and left us with no hot water. After phoning JSH they came out same day and have completely sorted the problem.
Special thanks to Helen, her friendly and personal approach gives JSH the best customer care ever .

Rhys and Joe did excellent work. They were efficient and tidied up after the installations very well. From the initial approach to Simon and throughout JSH Plumbing and Heating Ltd have been thoroughly profressional and helpful. Have no hesitation in recommending them to future customers

Well if I could give JSH a higher score than 5 stars I would! I had a complete cowboy come and change a shower tray for me which was a complete and utter disaster in every single way but when I rang JSH and met Simon who gave me a quote him and his completely delightful wife Helen not only gave me a brilliant quote but were just so wonderful and understanding about the awful experience I'd had so even before they did my shower I was completely in love with them!!! The brilliant Tom did it in the end and because I'm not brilliant with Mess I decided to go to London for a couple of days to keep out of the way but when I came back he had cleaned my bathroom, tidied everything and even guessed where all my bathroom furniture went AND removed all the dustsheets in my bedroom (it was an en-suite) to make it look nice! Of course the shower obviously looks completely incredible and I couldn't be happier with it but it's the personal touches of delightful people like Simon and Helen and the absolutely magnificent Tom that make you choose a company. I couldn't recommend JSH more. They're just FANTASTIC!
