I saw a number of properties with Jones Robinson over the last few weeks and whilst I didn't end up purchasing a property with them I can whole-heartedly recommend them. Raffaele & Seb especially made the difference they were both highly knowledgeable but more importantly personable.

The agency went above and beyond to ensure our sale progressed smoothly. Always at hand to give advice, make recommendations and respond to any queries we had. Very happy with the service and will recommend to all.

Yesterday we had few viewings in Newbury, first couple of viewings was with Ellie, very nice person, very helpful answering on our every question and super friendly, later that day we had few more viewings with Jeremy as well super friendly and helpful person, both of them helped us to have more knowledge as me and my partner are new in buying house, highly recommend.

Incredibly poor treatment of tenants, seeing them as beneath them, often seeking to bully and intimidate them. Really poor customer service & do not expect to get any of your deposit back as they manipulate the situation to get more income for their contracted partners.

We had people turning up unannounced for viewings and when we tried to question why this was happening we were rudely told ‘well you didn’t have to let them in’.

The agent- Jude Buckley was very welcoming and enlightened us with all the required details.

I was very happy with Jude when she carried out my house inspection, on Thursday, She was very professional and thorough out.

Jude was fantastic today. Greeted with a smile and answered all my questions without hesitation. Highly recommend Jones Robinson

The whole team in the lambourn office has made our experience the best possible. Throughout the whole process from valuing to the sale has been seamless. We have always been kept in the loop, weekly updates and process guidance has been incredible. They all go above and beyond to provide an incredible service. ( lamborn office, Tohya, Kay, Rachel)

The whole team have been so supportive helping us through the transition of selling and buying. We would not of sold and completed as quickly as we did without the team ( Tohya, Kay, Rachel). Tohya has been especially supportive her knowledge and expertise has been second to none.

The whole team have been super efficient and have moved swiftly to get our home onto the market. The photographer was especially superb. She has taken a video, photos and drone video which all make our house look amazing. Not sure why we wanted to move now!

Ellie walked us through the viewings and made sure that all our primary requirements during the house hunting are taken care of. She was quick to address any open queries which led us to take timely decisions. I would recommend anyone to Ellie if you are looking for properties in Newbury and around via Jones Robinson.

Tayler, Paula and team generated a pool of potential buyers for our consented plot of development land, and provided objective feedback that enabled us to select the right buyer for the plot. They stayed in frequent contact as the sale progressed, which helped ensure we could quickly deal with buyer queries and issues as they arose, and ultimately led to a successful sale. Their local knowledge and contacts combined with their fair minded and transparent approach help build trust and we look forward to working with them again on future opportunities.

I’ve just sold my house with the Lambourn office of Jones Robinson. Kay, Rachael and Toyah were amazing throughout. Toyah in particular was outstanding, I don’t think I’d have a sale if it wasn’t for her! Excellent and friendly service every time!
