We had such a great experience with jones Robinson’s in Newbury. From our very first and only viewing, we fell in love and we got our offer accepted on the house. I want to do a big shout out to James Oldring, and Paula Rudge, as they done amazing, making sure we were kept in the loop all the way to moving. They calmed our nerves, and kept us staying positive which was amazing. I would definitely recommend them, to anyone buying or selling a house 🏠

My husband and I have lived in London our whole lives and wanted to escape the busy city lifestyle for something quieter and more village-like. We’re renting before eventually buying our first home, and George and Daniel have made the process so easy!

Seb arranged the first appointment , Olivia showed us around the first time, not at all pushy, we arranged a second viewing where Kate showed us around and was able to answer all our questions. Very professional service from the whole team

Very very poor service overall for a very easy buying process with no chain but they managed to make a large number of errors. Main concerns were due to them getting both buyers names incorrect continuously throughout the sale by addressing letters and emails to our middle names on documents and not our first names which made it very frustrating and even more so as I had made them aware that they were not our first names and asked them numerous times about it. On the memorandum of sale they stated it was a mortgage purchase when it was a cash purchase which again was a major input error on such an important document. I also asked them to email both buyers as we were buying together and both needed the information but they continued to only send information to myself. On collecting the keys they took ID to check from myself and the other person but I was with the seller at the time and was wished well into our new home together, however it was the seller with a very different man’s name to the woman’s name I am purchasing the house with. I suggested to the main manager that maybe they check names and information when writing to people on documents and also when speaking in person as I was with the seller not with the other buyer. From my personal experience I would certainly not recommend them or be using their services in any way again. Only reason for second star was because they were very polite and the lady I spoke with who checked my ID who said she was from a different branch was very professional. Needs vast improvement and reviewing of their processes.

I viewed a property with Jones Robinson and the team were fantastic. Calum Sykes based in the Didcot office was excellent - kind, efficient and professional in all of my communications with him, and whilst we didn’t buy the property we viewed, we were extremely pleased with the service we received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jones Robinson to others :)

Having recently instructed Jones Robinson to market my property, I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the entire team.

From the outset, communication has been excellent. Every query has been answered promptly, and the team have consistently done exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. In particular, they acted immediately on my comments regarding both the agency agreement and the sales brochure, carefully considering my suggestions and incorporating many of them into the final version.

The quality of the marketing has been outstanding. The photography is first class, and the brochure presents the property beautifully, highlighting both its features and the lifestyle it offers. It is clear that considerable thought and attention to detail have gone into producing marketing of a very high standard.

I have also appreciated how efficiently everything has been handled behind the scenes. The onboarding process, compliance checks and preparation for launch were all completed smoothly, and the property went live exactly when the team said it would.

My thanks go particularly to James and Sara, who have both been professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Although it is still early in the marketing process, my experience so far gives me every confidence that I have chosen the right estate agent.
