Absolutely brilliant team took all the time we needed to vacate our puppies and fully checked them all over

Great range of stock and good customer service

Didn't need a lot, but when I went to the tills there was no one serving, I waited about 10 mins then a young lad appeared, very polite, did apologised for keeping me waiting. NOT THE POINT, if you are open then there should be someone ready to serve

I enjoy shopping in Jollyes because there is a good range of products at reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Didn’t have what I was looking for. Not much in the way of grooming for short haired dogs

Employees of jolleys absolutely fantastic and very helpful/polite however I am not impressed with and am truly disgusted at the way I was treated (utterly ignored) but most HORRIFIED AND DISGUSTED with the way she handled and treated my dog. I am severely disabled and my dog is a highly trained assistance dog she is still young but I have spent previously had no issues with going to the vets I anticipate that she will now have a extreme fear of them.
Iam completely aware that the woman (so called vet) took one look at my wheelchair and decided that I was not worthy of any respect /her time /communication etc that she would give her non disabled customers.
Therefore didn't feel the need to communicate with me about anything let alone the health and welfare of my dog
Before I was even in the room while outside booking her in she lured my dog into the room wand without any hesitation my dog entered the room (which shows just how confident and comfortable she is with visiting the vets.
(my dog had a jacket on stating she's an assistance dog with various warnings on it also a message say DO NOT SEPARATE FROM OWNER
(it's ACTUALLY AGAINST THE LAW WITHOUT MY Permission to remove her coat because the only person that should be removing the assistance dog coat is the owner UNLESS PERMISSION IS SOUGHT AND ONLY THE DOG IS IN EXTREME DANGER.
While I was still booking her in the (so called-vet) was removing her hivis jacket (which was absolutely not necessary because she was only having a vaccination in her neck.
When I asked her what she was doing she just glared at me n continued ( made no attempt to communicate with me
I told her to stop called the dog to me and I removed the jacket. Which by this time was hanging off.
2. She then made no attempt to examine the dog
She was giving her more treats again without asking ALSO NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR (GIVING TREATS WHERE I HAVE NOT BEEN CONSULTED AS THE DOG COULD HAVE CERTAIN ALLEGYs or /DIETARY REQUIREMENTS.relavant to the job(she would not do this if I wasn't in a wheelchair.
When I asked what the treat was she completely ignored me an if that wasn't bad enough she hadn't asked me any questions regarding dogs welfare or health etc
Neither did she make any attempt to ask me to hold my dog nope instead she just got the needle ready and attempted to stick it in the back of her neck without reassuring the dog or any communication with me whatsoever.
My dog was so frightened by this woman that she turned her
Head in absolute fright as a Warning to keep away and stop!
MY DO WOULD NEVER HURT ANYONE BUT THE FACT THAT SHE WAS SO AWARE OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND FELT THE NEED TO WARN HER BECAUSE SHE OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T WANT HER NEAR HER GRABBING AT HER THEN THAT IS SERIOUS MOST PEOPLE ESPECIALLY AN EXPERIENCED VET WOULD HAVE BACK OF AT THIS POINT BUT THIS VET DID NOT DO THAT SHE MADE YET ANOTHER ATTEMPT TO STICK THE NEEDLE IN AND AGAIN THE DOG DID REACT THE SAME WAY SO THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO GRAB HER AND I SAID DON'T GRAB HER LIKE THAT N SHE JUST LOOKED AT ME AND LAUGHED AGAIN NO COMMUNICATION.
SO THEN I JUMPED IN I CALLED THE DOG OVER TO ME AND I HELD HER AND WAS TALKING TO HER CALMLY WHILE THE SO-CALLED TRAINED VET PUT THE NEEDLE In. THEN THE VET(SO-CALLED) TRYED TO PUT HER ON THE SCALES I TOLD HER THAT I WOULD DO IT BUT AGAIN I JUST GOT A SMERKY LOOK AND A HUFF AND NO COMMUNICATION SO I CALLED THE DOG AND SHE CAME TO ME BUT BECAUSE WE WERE IN SUCH AN ENCLOSED SPACE THAT I CAN ONLY DESCRIBE AS A SMALL BOX ROOM WITH A VETS TABLE (WHICH THE DOG WAS NOT ON.) SHE WAS ON THE FLOOR WITH A WORKTOP GOING THE WITDH OF THE ROOM AND THE SCALES ON THE FLOOR JUST INSIDE THE DOOR AND THE TABLE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM.I COULD NOT GET MY POWERED WHEELCHAIR IN THE DOOR FULLY SO I WAS HALF IN N HALF OUT.
SO THE VET(SOCALLED) THEN WANTED TO WEIGH HER AGAIN NO COMMUNICATION WITH ME SHE JUST GRABED HER BY THE COLLAR AND TRYED TO PUT HER ON THE SCALES BUT THE DOG WAS NOT HAVING ANY OF IT AS HER TAIL WAS BETWEEN HER LEGS OBVIOUSLY SHE HAS NO TRUST I THIS WOMAN BECAUSE SH HAS JUST GRABBED HER WHILE SHE STUCK A INJECTION IN THE BACK IF HER NECK
SO ONCE AGAIN I'VE STATED LOUDLY DON'T GRAB MY DOG.
I THEN CALLED HER OVER BUT BEFORE SHE CAME TO ME THE HORRIBLE WOMAN HAD THIS TIME PUT HER ARM UNDER HER BELLY THE OTHER HAND ON HER COLLAR SO THE DOG COULD NOT GET AWAY AND DRAGGED HER FORWARD ON TO THE SCALES AND THE DOG WAS PANICKING AT THIS POINT AND WOULD NOT MOVE
FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES THE DOG WAS STUGGLING TO GET AWAY EVENTALY AFTER ABOUT 2 MINUTES 10 SECONDS THEE DOG MANAGED TO GET AWAY
AND HAS PHYSICALLY JUMPED OUT OF THE WOMAN'S (SO-CALLED VET) HANDS AND GRASP AND CAME OVER TO MEBY THIS POINT I Am TOTALLY HORRIFIED AT WHAT I HAVE JUST BEEN WITNESS TO SO I SAY RIGHT DON'T GRAB OR FORCE MY DOG LIKE THAT. I'LL DO IT SO I'VE CALLED HER OVER TO ME AND CALMED HER Down JUST GIVE HER A MIN I SAID and I put her on scalesI really don't think this woman should be practicing DISGUST

The manager at Jolleys thetford was so very helpful. She helped me try various harnesses on my springer on Sunday until we found the right one. Thanks
