From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Poor customer service
Usually visit the congleton store, but tried the stoke store while I was near. Half of the freezers were empty but managed to get what I needed. Came to pay and use the money off voucher that I had been hounded with by email, but the member of staff could get it to work and was very apologetic. When she asked the manager he was very dismissive and told me that he wouldn't honour the voucher and id have to contact customer services. Really dismissive approach to something really simple especially as id spent a fair amount in store.

We're sorry the voucher wasn't honored and for the freezer stock levels. we have checked you account and it looks like there are no activated vouchers on the account , you must ensure you click to activate prior to shopping and this would then be ready to use on stores till system

When it was the old place on Victoria…
When it was the old place on Victoria Road stoke on trent. It was cheap. Then they opened the new place and price went up in price.i find it cheaper to buy fresh meat from the supermarket.
