From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Thought I'd try jollyes after my son recommended it. Now I use it all the time for my dog's food and treats. Such better value for money than pet's at home. Lovely helpful staff also.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, I was ignored while the member of staff who eventually served me couldn't tear herself away from her phone call. Even when she did finally decide to serve me she didn't have the decency to excuse herself from her call.
The only words she spoke to me was to tell me how much I owed. Fortunately there are other pet stores near by where my custom is appreciated as this has put me off going back to your store.

Great friendly advice
We were let down by an online company so popped into Jollyes early on Saturday morning. Great advice from friendly staff and a wide range of products. We’ve now ditched the online company and will be using Jollyes in future.

My cat had early stages of KD and you stock no wet or dry food for her.
Otherwise the staff was very polite and bargain for cat litter, with three cars I certainly stocked up!
