The staff are always very helpful and friendly. You are spoilt for choice when it comes to what you can purchase and at reasonable costs.

Stocks more expensive but wholesome cat food for the finnicky or perhaps recovering from
Spell of ill health / elderly cat needing encouragement to eat.

The members of staff are extremely helpful. However, since the Stafford store has been taken over by Jolly’s, the deals are not as good for customers and the choice of dog food is not as wide. Many of us preferred the family-run store.

I like this company almost more than my dogs do, definitely there favourite trip out each month, good range of foods for our dogs and cat plus the bird feed we get for the garden, prices are good and the loyalty scheme is really excellent, the savings we make give us enough to make food donations at the till for local animal charities, which is a great idea, staff are alway warm, friendly and will help with advice if needed at our local store in Stafford, can’t praise them enough and they are a credit to the company.

Can’t really comment this time because someone else had to pick up my order as not long out of hospital, normally the staff at Stafford are really helpful helping me get my order out and into my car they are always helpful and pleasant look forward to going back next time when I’m fit and healthy

Just bought a raised dog feeder tray with two bowls for my ageing terrier as he's been struggling with lowering his head too far to feed and drink. The Rosewood Iron Double Diner is perfect for him making feeding a much easier process for him now.

Great customer service. A kind young lady walked me to my car holding some of my shopping as it was heavy for me.

Had fantastic service from a customer advisor named Jane she was very helpful.
