Excellent product and good customer service

When I came to your store, I couldn't remember which dry dog food I usually have . The member of staff behind the till when on to the till and brought up my previous purchase . She told me which food type I bought , as my dog only eats one type that suits his indigestion system. So this is why this store gets 5 star from me .

Service is always brilliant in the Stafford branch and all staff are lovely.
However, it is a shame that Jollyes have stopped so many brands that we were able to buy previously, especially carnilove dog meat. We will have to go to another place for half of our food now.

the dog food I want is almost always available at a good price. I do miss the loose pick and mix treats which are now only available in fixed weight bagsbut everything else is good
