From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. Wow, such an extensive range of products!
Roseanna was very friendly and her willingness to assist, she and her colleague made me feel right at home. I loved my experience in your store today, I will certainly make it more of a habit of shopping in there due to your product range being so extensive! It is awesome how much you have on small animal products, items I was shopping for.
And I had also signed up to your membership with the guidance of Roseanna, which was quick and seamless. Thank you for making things simple.
The only thing off in the store was the music playing, it wasn't in tune with the environment. Didn't quite match.
But overall, I had an awesome time in your store, such a pleasant experience.

The product range is very good and I found some useful dog accessories i hadn't found elsewhere.

Helpful staff, good prices
Super helpful young man helped me carry things to the till, opened a checkout for me and then carried everything out to the car! I am not finding it easy to walk currently, and the items were heavy too. It was lovely to find ‘old fashioned’ service in this day and age.

Lovely little shop
