From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Over-familiar and Lacking in Comprehension
I asked if the shop took cash ? As I was bringing 7 puppies in shortly for injections and microchips. The short , dark haired assistant ( didnt catch her name ) She said puppies don't mind if it's cash , card or cheque . She precluded this by saying I don't mean to be rude !!. She was obviously lacking in intelligence when I said the Company!!! may not accept cash as lots of companies are now doing card only . She needs training in customer service and etiquette. I still came away not trusting what she said true or correct .

Happy with the store assistants but waiting for refund efund
