You have recently changed your dog biscuits and bags of treats .biscuits used to.be loose and a lot more selection .you also always had a good selection of dog training bags of treats now they are all expensive fancy bags .your lifestyle salmon wet good trays are always out of stock.

Had to wait a while at the checkout before a member of staff noticed I was waiting.
If it hadn’t of been for this I would have given 5*

The Norwich shop is excellent good offers on wild bird food and at the moment cat food is sold at a very good price the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great and friendly staff. They sell pet food, what more can I say?

Waited a while with puppy for appointment, they were running late, staff didn't seem to know what was happening and kept looking at screen rather than acknowledging we were even there. Puppy was having 2nd vaccination, we weren't told to wait 15 mins to make sure he didn't have a reaction. He did in car. Called them back and was advised we should have waited but noone asked us to. Queue behind us was long, frustrating experience.

Every member of staff I spoke to was polite and helpful. This included their response to a query I made by phone and the staff I spoke to in store.

I use live food, Crickets, so obviously need a reliable & fresh source. Which Jollyes almost was. Some weeks their supply arrived days late. But it arrived. Now it seems they have changed their ordering system & head office sends what they feel my local branch needs. So today delivery day I went as usual to find a well stocked Hopper ( Locust) section but only a few old tubs of crickets from last week. Head office deemed these did not need replacing. So rather than buy fewer crickets than I need & crickets where some were dead in the tub. I left & am now looking for a better & more reliable source.

The staff were very helpful, as always.
However, I had activated a £2 voucher which did not show on the system.

I was able to get what I wanted after asking for help and it was a result it worked
