Usual restock of dog food and as always Lauren was super smiley, happy and still had time for a small chat even though it was almost closing time.

The staff are always so friendly, relaxed and helpful. They seem to enjoy their jobs!

Excellent prices & offers in store. Just spent my £5 voucher I received as part of their rewards club. Great communication via email. Lovely staff

Got my account password changed so had to reset password. Reset password never worked. So couldnt see when my next delivery was so then had to do a 20 mile round trip to buy some more dog food. At the counter they ask if you are part of the pet club..you say yes thinking oh here comes a bit of discount and hey presto…nothing. After a long chat with the manger about this I then asked how much the chews were on the counter thinking I might get a gesture of good will from the manger and get a couple of free chews. But yet again no. Added another £2 on for the chews. Terrible customer service.

The staff were lovely but the Internet connection was so poor I was unable to access my new customer discount. The staff member said the connection is often really poor but I would have to go in again within a number of days to be able to use the discount. I have already purchased what I need for my new puppy and I live nearly 30 miles away. Custom is likely to be taken elsewhere.

The vet did not speak to us the whole way through the appointment all he said at the end was you need to come back in a year these are the dates when he checked his teeth everything et cetera he didn’t say a thing he didn’t say that he was now going to do the job he just got the needle and move. The dog said hold and then put the injection in. It was a very awkward situation, especially with the Puppy that we obviously want to know that everything is okay that he’s looking at and he said nothing at all and was just very rude would not come back due to this issue at all. Especially when it’s a vet seeing a Puppy, it’s just feels very unsafe.
