From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Greeted with an abrupt attitude
Greeted with an abrupt attitude,
No hello ecasked about pinky's told they was in the fridge
Having not been in personally to pick these up i dodnt know where the fridge was
Asked about sizing was told she didnt have any idea. No charts ect
Asked where meal worms were justt pointed down the isle
Very cold attitude.
Having my own business dealing with customers face to face everyday i do everything to make my customers experience a good 1 never would i be so cold towards a customer.
