Très belles fabrication et finition et très bon niveau de confort des deux modèles de chaussures de ville qui m’ont été livrées en France sans devoir payer de droits de douane à l’arrivée lors de la livraison.

Shoes were great
Shoes were great, delivery was timely too, but I had to return as size 8 looked quite long on my feet. Returns was processed timely too.

It is Mainly the best communication update and delivery on time - However what is not good noted that you sue DHL and they charge for approx tax of more 20% which is not the case which make the price with shipping and customs is high - can you explain the same - also you provided a gift with each shoes but why noted for 2pairs shoes still one gift. Great service! …
Ordered a pair of Chelsea Boots online and they arrived in good order plus they gave me a 10% discount.
Shipping was free but the boots were too small. No problem, free returns and exchange for the larger size and all dealt with very swiftly.
Recommended! Just buy a size up if ordering Chelsea boots.

Excellent service for a new customer.
I usually wear Barker or Regent shoes for special occasions and Loakes shoes for everyday wear. Loakes shoes are becoming expensive. I ordered a pair of John White brogues after seeing them at a good price in the sale. Received them on Wednesday 17th January. I had ordered size 8 but trying them on I found that they were too large for me. Contact with John White was easy and things moved quickly. After returning the first pair I received the replacement pair, size 7, today 22nd. Trying them on the fit was excellent and they are comfortable. I have not worn them out yet but hopefully they should be fine. After the service that I have received and allowing that the quality of the shoes holds up I shall be purchasing from John White again.
