Initially ordered size 11 of the Monkton double Monk shoes, and it arrived within 2 working days, but it turned out to be too narrow. Connected quickly when I called the customer helpline, who advised that I exchanged it with the Broad Derby shoes as it comes with a wider fit, which I agreed to.
Return was seamless and it took just 7 working days between receiving my first order, returning it and collecting the exchange order!
And yes, the pair of shoes looked solid and well packaged too!

Always excellent quality and value for money. 5 stars for customer care/service. Highly recommend.

Quality boots at a very reasonable price. The delivery is exceptional. They arrived just a couple of days after placing my order. It is a bonus that they use Royal Mail. The company is a pleasure to do business with and they give free delivery and returns. No hesitation in giving 5 stars.

Excellent product, great service

The 'F' fit I received was unfortunately uncomfortable, so I will be returning the shoes. However, I am still happy to rate my experience five stars. The craftsmanship was excellent, the leather looked and felt genuine, and the finishing was clean and precise. Regrettably, I am unable to exchange for a G fit, as the Monkton style is only available in an F fit. The return is now in process.

Most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have tried, for 2 years, to break in a pair or boots I purchased from this company to no avail. The blisters they have given me are so deep, they have caused permanent scars on my heels. I cannot recommend this company.

The sizes are tricky. I normally take 9.5 UK size. The 43 is tight and the 44 is generous.
