Was ringing about a query about a product and the middle aged woman who answers the phone was very very rude, I would not buy from here as if you have an issue with a product of theirs they will not help you. Very bad representation of the company

We already have some "John Sankey" furniture so we felt confident that an additional piece would be without any issues and so far it is, the build quality is first class as are the materials used, plus the delivery guy who unfortunately I did not get his name was also first class, he respected our property and was very communicative and smiled, a very pleasant experience, a bouquet to him

Fantastic product ( I have bought a few) and delivered with great care.

Very pleased with our Rickman wingback chair. Firm, but that's what we expected. Delivery chap was excellent, and our experience overall with John Sankey was top notch
