I ordered a green parasol. I got a white one. Spent half an hour on the phone to ask about returns. No one answered. The voice machine was full. Tried again the next day same result. Eventually emailed. I'm still waiting for a reply. Then they send me a review. The cheek. The actual bit of kit looked OK. But I didn't want it. Be very careful what you order. Because you won't be able to send it back or get a refund. And, yes, I checked my Spam folder.

My chair issue got sorted. The set seems like it will last a while, so I'm happy with my purchase.

The following message has been sent to the company on many occasions via email and left as an answer phone message due to the company not answering the phone. (Still no reply and the furniture is only one year old)
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding furniture I purchased from your company approximately 12 months ago.
Whilst I appreciate that the furniture is now just over a year old, I would not expect its condition to have deteriorated to the extent it has within such a short period of time. Over the last 7–8 months, the quality has significantly declined, with several slats breaking and parts of the furniture becoming unsafe and unusable. As a result, some of the seating can no longer be used as intended.
The furniture was purchased with the expectation that it would provide many years of service, particularly as it has not been subjected to adverse weather conditions or misuse. Unfortunately, the quality has proven to be far below what I would reasonably expect.
I have previously attempted to contact your company on several occasions, including leaving messages and sending an email, but I have received no response. I find this lack of communication extremely disappointing.
I would appreciate a response within the next 24 hours to discuss how this matter can be resolved. Should I not receive any contact, I will have no alternative but to share my experience publicly through an online review, including photographs showing the current condition of the furniture.

Bought chairs which were described as using mortise and tenon joints. When delivered each chair arm was secured with a metal bracket and screws! Not mortise and tenon joints. Now I need to send the furniture back - can’t wait to arrange that after being misled. Very disappointed.

Delivery was prompt and efficient. I am very pleased with the product and would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Lovely solid garden furniture. It is very sturdy and looks as though it will last a long time. I also couldn't believe how quickly it was delivered. I ordered it on a Thursday evening and it was delivered by Saturday afternoon. I would recommend this product.

One chair was faulty but it was replaced without question.

The furniture is very well made and the folding bistro table design is excellent. Good quality wood used and the chairs are really solid and sturdy.
Unfortunately the chairs are quite uncomfortable due mainly to the upright back which does not allow one to lean backwards at all; they would be okay for dining but not for relaxing! Seat cushions are a must and should be offered as an accessory.
The furniture could use some kind of treatment as the elements take their toll after a good season left out.

Not once did the they respond . I have no idea whether I’ve ordered the correct cushions or not as they simply don’t answer mails and ignore a my questions . If I could go elsewhere I would . Plus the fact that my cushions have lasted little more than a year and had to be chucked . Not one to recommend
