A very long and drawn out purchase. We were supported every step of the way. A special shout out to Max. Absolute legend to be honest. We were the buyers in this scenario but Max just made the process as painless as it could be and there was a lot of pain due to the chain. From the very first viewing, they (I mainly dealt with Susan Denny) have been extremely helpful, professional and so incredibly supportive, I honestly cannot thank her enough. Buying a home can be a very long process, often stressful, especially when there are so many moving parts that all need to work in sync with one another, so having someone on hand that is organised and communicative is absolutely crucial.
For anyone looking to buy (especially now) I would say be prepared, get your paperwork ready, find a good solicitor, broker and if possible an estate agent that has experience and cares about/ understands their customer. I would highly recommend John Payne Greenwich to anyone looking in that area
