When I first spoke to Chris, our mortgage situation looked about as promising as a chocolate teapot. Between our circumstances and what felt like endless obstacles, we genuinely thought our dream home was slipping away.

Where do I start?
Chris, the most characteristic and characterful Mortgage Broker/Agony Aunt/councillor/new friend ever!
Myself and my partner had a very difficult situation with regards to mortgaging - we are shall we say a bit older and I was off work on long term sick. I at one point never thought we were going to get the house we had set our hearts on but Chris the magic man did it! I can assure you it wasn’t easy but he did it and now we are in that house and loving it! Chris got us through with plain facts and lots of humour! One of the things he also suggested was for us to get married which wasn’t on our radar but made perfect sense. We have now set the date much to everyone’s delight - we would love Chris and Mrs Chris to come along as it’s due to him we are doing it!
Now we are living the dream, content and very happy due to his help.
I rang again as I had a buy to let that I wanted to consider re mortgaging for 2 years as it’s not selling. He could have easily sold me another product but he didn’t - he told me to hang on as he knows how much I’d like to off load it and it was causing me stress! That’s good advice! I don’t want to get involved with the new rent laws! Not all Superheroes where capes!

We had the pleasure of having Dean help us with our mortgage when moving this year. What started off as a straightforward application and offer turned out to be more complicated dealing with breaking the chain, early repayment charges and other spanners in the works. Dean was always on hand to offer advice, walk us through the various steps and went above and beyond.

Swift and super efficient service
From the moment of instruction to receiving the offer everything has gone so well.
Dean and Claire is who I had most communication with and it was just exceptional, I felt listened too and not just like another number/fee
