There was a stock issue with one of the items, but they quickly got in touch to let me know, refunded me for the unavailable item, and processed the rest of my order straight away.
The order was delivered quickly and everything arrived as expected. Great communication and service from start to finish.

We’re very sorry for the disappointment caused with your order. The Walkers French Fries unfortunately did not arrive with our last delivery from Walkers, but our stock figures were reflecting the stock we had been expecting to receive. This meant the product was still showing as available on our website when, unfortunately, we were unable to fulfil it.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and we apologise that we were unable to supply the item you had ordered. We have now received a new delivery and the Walkers French Fries are back in stock.

The best price I could find online for R‑Whites Raspberry Lemonade — the same product on Amazon was nearly three times the cost.
Took a chance and ordered, and the service, packaging, and delivery were all spot‑on. I’ll happily use them again.
