We’re sorry to hear that you have been waiting for your order. Our records show that Click & Collect was selected when the order was placed, and we emailed you on 30th September to confirm this. As we did not receive a response advising that this option had been selected in error, your order has remained ready and waiting in our Click & Collect office.
As you are not a regular delivery customer, we had no way of knowing that delivery was expected rather than collection. We’re therefore disappointed to receive a one-star review when the order was prepared correctly according to the option selected at checkout.
Please contact our friendly office team, who will be happy to help arrange collection or cancel the order if it is no longer required. A quick call or email will allow us to resolve this for you straight away.

Your order was dispatched through DPD, and we will submit a formal complaint regarding the handling of your consignments. We are also very sorry that your refund was not processed sooner. Once you contacted us by telephone, this was actioned during the call and a confirmation email was sent at the same time.
We can see that this order was placed using guest checkout. If you choose to order from us again, logging into your account gives you access to additional savings and, free delivery on one of our own vehicles, with your stock handled carefully by our drivers.
Clear and prompt communication is extremely important to us, and our friendly team is always approachable and happy to help resolve any concerns as quickly as possible. Customer service is our top priority, so we are genuinely sorry that we fell short on this occasion.
