Awful experience
Awful experience, waiting over 3 days even though the tracking still says “DPD expecting your parcel shortly.” I ordered 2 items, but 1 was partially refunded because it was supposedly out of stock. However, after checking every day for the last 3 days, it still shows as in stock, which is disgusting and very misleading for other customers.

We are genuinely sorry that your experience with us has been disappointing, particularly with the delay in receiving your order and the confusion around the item showing as in stock.
We completely understand your frustration. The tracking showing “DPD expecting your parcel shortly” for several days is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We are also sorry that one of the items had to be partially refunded after you had already placed your order.
Regarding the stock availability, we appreciate how misleading this can appear when an item continues to show as available on the website. Unfortunately, stock discrepancies can occasionally occur between our website and our warehouse stock, and we apologise that this happened with your order. We certainly would never intentionally advertise an item as available when we cannot fulfil it.
We are taking your feedback seriously and will look into both the stock discrepancy and the delay with the courier, as we want to make sure our customers receive accurate information and a reliable service.
We are very sorry that we fell short on this occasion, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.

I’ve scored them 3 this time because although I paid and placed my order it wasn’t until 3/4 days later they emailed me saying sorry there was a glitch and we don’t actually have stock of your item so refunded me. Shame because normally they’re great

I ordered a quantity of a strawberry water for my granddaughter . You can't buy the particular brand in a shop and it was delivered a few days later. I am now in my granddaughters good books and so are J L Brooks!!

You did well. Goods as described. Sadly you use a courier who employs either very stupid or very lazy people who cant read an address. (Kind if major requirement when delivering). Goods sent to wrong address (different road) which is very poor

Unfortunately, the delivery address entered on the order was incorrect. Sadly, our crystal ball wasn’t quite advanced enough to detect the missing/incorrect address, so we weren’t aware there was an issue until you contacted us to chase the order.
Once we spoke with you and discovered what had happened, we were more than happy to get the order re-dispatched. This time, with the correct delivery address entered… and, would you believe it, the order arrived safely! 🎉
