Excellent company to buy from

Probably one of the best companies I have bought from on line ..
Website easy to negotiate, excellent price for my table and chairs £100 cheaper than elsewhere .
Delivery was superb and very quick with a very good time window to expect my order.
Had reason to contact customer service about something .. they were very attentive and speedy sorted my problem out

Exceptional Customer Service with this…

Exceptional Customer Service with this company! I had to return some bed frames which I had ordered from them, not realising that the company deals in ‘Seconds’. I was so impressed when they not only refunded me but also paid for the collection. This was all done on email because it’s not possible to contact Customer Service by phone.

Spear and Jackson long reach battery chainsaw

Havn,t used the product yet but it looks good .
delivery was poor the packaging arrived battered with battery charger loose outside the box ,really concerned and took photos, before opening ,fortunately the article visually looks fine .
Just need to get opportunity to use it

Avoid this company!

I placed the order online, then found I needed to cancel it the next day. JD Furniture do not answer their phones or respond to e-mails. I found a name and mobile number on the internet and called that and the man was really rude, telling me if I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund then I would need to go to their offices in Birmingham. Which would take me about three hours each way! He was not concerned by this. Eventually, after sending more e-mails, I received my refund. The whole experience was appalling!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, ordered the Sicily table 4 chairs and parasol , they only delivered the table what the good is a table with no chairs!
When asked when the rest was coming he replied I don’t know 😡. Can’t get them on the phone and no response to my emails.
I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!!!!

Amazing support from JD Furniture

I recently purchased a product from JD Furniture through Amazon. Unfortunately, several months after the purchase, we discovered that one of the doors was broken when we finally went to install it. While trying to contact them through Amazon, I couldn't find an easy solution, so I reached out to them directly via email after finding their contact info through Google.

From the very first email, their team was incredibly responsive and helpful. I was fully prepared to pay for the replacement, but to my surprise, they were kind enough to send a new door at no charge. Within two days, they had completely resolved the issue, and I was amazed by how quick and seamless the entire process was.

JD Furniture went above and beyond in terms of customer service. Their quick response, willingness to help, and genuine kindness were beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them for not only their quality products but also their outstanding customer support. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them!

Not even worth the 1 star

Not even worth the 1 star. Avoid this company - ordered a bamboo bistro set and the damage to the item was a joke. Stool legs were bent and so scratched, bamboo had come away from the top table. No communication from them re a refund or return. Item definitely not as described - I’ll say it again, avoid these cowboys!

Not a proper kitchen unit

These are non standard depth units , only 445 mm which means standard worktop has a huge overhang. The solution of pulling the unit away from the wall means a frame has to be made for fixing and the end panels have a gap the the rear. I have fitted many kitchens and the way these are constructed reminded me of flatpacks from the 1970's. No secret screws with cam mechanism but screws through the side with cover caps. This is the worst, so called,kitchen

It was a in a terrible state. I'm wondering if the extendable Spear and Jackson chainsaw was a refurbished one. It does not cut very well - I thought the chain was blunt. Bit disappointed.
