DO NOT ORDER!

DO NOT ORDER!! Ordered sons bed from these. Parts missing when supposedly been checked. Wrong parts included. Customer service is disgusting and not bothered that have to pay to rectify all the mistakes. Would be less hassle and stress to build bed from scratch in first place

Inaccurate description to say the least

Bought a set from this place. Sold as New but it’s Not. Turned up in a re sealed box with no protective rapping inside. Fixings just rolling about in the box and unusable because they had been used and the heads all damaged. These are returns that this company is selling out as New . Don’t be fooled they’re not a nice company to deal with. When you tell them there returns re shipped out they just blank the question. Update . Can't believe they would write this reply so long after. At the time they didn’t want to know us . Other reviews have mentioned the same problems so we weren’t the only ones to in counter this problem.

We have not heard anything back from…

We have not heard anything back from them about our order despite messaging them on their website. It has been 7 days now and website was saying shipping between 3 to 5 days

Superb customer service.

I would just like to thank JD Furniture for their excellent customer service. I bought a table football game for my 5yr old Grandson & a couple of parts were missing. I got an immediate, polite response, identified the parts to them & they were replaced within a couple of days. Really great communications. So good to see these days. Thank you Dimitry & Jay.

Warning ⚠️ do not buy from this junk shop

I purchased a tall cabinet from this company, the door of the cabinet is buckled like it's been kicked, I asked for replacement door as it's stated on the website if any flaws we'll replace, Mr Dmitry replied saying send cabinet back for refund, what a con like I must pay for shipping his junk back that should be in a skip?
Take my advice don't purchase from this site it's a con, they're selling junk that's been dumped from shops.

PS he's just emailed saying the buckled door doesn't effect it's use Hahaha what a rude stinking answer, don't pay mind to the bogus good reviews, must be his friends....

Wanted extra postage

Paid for items including postage which was 42 pounds then was informed the next day that they could not post until I paid another thirty pounds for my post code which I refused to pay. Blamed courier but my post code was entered at purchase and I paid what was quoted. I was refunded money for purchase but not happy.

Shocking customer service for delivery

Shocking customer service for delivery. The delivery company did not follow delivery instructions then JD said I had to pay £21 for a re- delivery! Or £21 to cancel the order. Avoid at all costs save your money Absolute joke

Horrendous experience, avoid at all costs.

Horrendous experience. Never had such rude, passive aggressive customer service (if you can call it that) in all my life.

Received damaged items, was told "that's how we sell them, nothing is new", despite their website clearly stating "new" under the description and clausing a defects notice too, but this wasn't defected, 3 items of furniture absolutely smashed to pieces. Also, how can you sell defected/damaged items and still list as new? Hmmm. Was told "You can return them, but if damaged, we won't refund the full amount or anything". This basically means, return them, you'll lose your money and items, including the £30 per item delivery charge... dont even... I know!!!!

They blocked my number, refused to speak to me unless written in an email, where replies are once every 3-6 days if you're lucky. No one knew the correct procedure for refunds/returns. Just absolute bollacks. Even the two lads, roughly 18 in a dodgy ass van delivered the items, dropped one in front of me as neither could lift them... just couldn't write it.

Declined me a refund now even if returned, so I've had no choice but to raise it to Trading Standards to investigate whether they can do this and luckily I paid via a Mastercard, so I've managed to dispute and receive a full refund via them with all the shocking emails and call recordings.

Avoid this company... worst purchase experience in over 20 years. Can't believe how disgusting the guy spoke to me on the phone too, supposed to be the manager/owner... whatever he is, he's a joke and can't have a level conversation to save his life.

White folding down table

Very quick service from purchase to delivery! Unfortunately one piece of table was missing but contacted JD Furniture by e-mail and got reply back that day, confirming will send missing part to us ASAP, which they did. Happy with look of table, albeit not used as yet due to changing furniture in conservatory
