Very pleased with my delivery by this company. I was kept very well informed - from dispatch to my item arriving. I was given a three hour delivery slot the day before and was called thirty to forty minutes before my table was delivered. Very happy to recommend.

Arrived sooner than expected had the email to say would arrive between 8-10 days then another email gave me a date and 3 hr slot and had a call half hr before to say they were on there way very please with there service thankyou.

Ordering the item was very easy on your website. Spoke with customer services and they were very professional. They told me my delivery would be between 10am and 1pm. Waited in all morning but the delivery didn't turn up until 2.35. Disappointing as I had an appointment at 3pm and it became a rush to get there.

Absolutely great service, Sofa’s are as described delivered quickly. I would definitely recommend. The delivery guys kept in touch and delivered with care.

The 2 man delivery team refused to take the very heavy delivery up a flight of stairs when asked politely I am a 70 year old pensioner and unable to do this on my own.Would have took them 2 minutes to oblige very poor attitude.

Ha ha ha - the fact you’ve asked for a review actually sums up the level you are operating at. You really ought to have tried to run / drive away from this mess. But since you asked, I shall oblige.

Utterly ludicrous situation from start to finish. I had a mattress (superking) due to be delivered and when I enquired as to when it might be on email a week ago, I was told ‘it’s in process’. Helpful.

Today, I got a call from a man who couldn’t speak much English (which made understanding what was happening hard) that he would arrive in 30mins. That wasnt possible, I was out. He managed to message me to say 330, but then moved it to 425. Okay, annoying and substandard but whatever.

But when he arrived he came alone, with a very full van, with my mattress forced in the back. To remind everyone, this company is called JBS 2 man delivery and specialises in delivering tricky items, which is their niche in a competitive marketplace.

He then gestured that i help him take the mattress upstairs! A) that’s not the deal when you pay for delivery of a very heavy item b) the company is called JBS 2 man, I assume for a reason and c) it’s an enormous superking which was a major investment and high quality. I couldn’t have helped him much, but considered it as I really want the bloody mattress! But The guy tried to manoeuvre the mattress and obviously it sank and deformed - and then he couldn’t put it back in the van.
Having watched the mattress sit in a pile, on the back of his van, I decided I didn’t want to risk taking delivery at all (and wouldn’t have been able to get it up the stairs!) as it looked like all the expensive bits and bobs Breasly claim to put in there had all been pushed to one spot.
But he couldn’t get the mattress back in the van, it was impossible to shift and he gave up but couldnt tell me this.

I contacted mattress online (where I purchased the mattress) and explained it to them - they told me it was nothing to do with them, but breasly 🤦🏻‍♂️

In the end, I helped the guy shift the mattress inside my garage as he wouldn’t be able leave otherwise. It did occur to me that even had he not butchered the new one, I don’t know how he’d have got my old one in his van, and then make the 30+ other deliveries which were behind the mattress.

I certainly don’t accept this item, I am simply holding it as a favour until it can be replaced with one which looks like it ought to.

JBS 2 man delivery were not contactable on email or phone, I tried. Naturally the voicemail was full so I couldn’t even leave a furious message.

What an absolute shambles of a business. 0 stars. I don’t blame the lad they sent, but with little way of communication, on his own, he was given zero chance of success.

NOTE; don’t believe the reply below. Nobody has contacted me at all, absolute shocker of a business.

Good email communication to arrange time. Driver contacted us in before arrival. Very pleasant and polite team who delivered the goods where we asked .
