Received a text to book in delivery, set a date, call 2 weeks later to check still going ahead, phone lines closed, not answering emails and their website now says they are temporarily closed. Left without a bed and wasted a day off work waiting in for nobody to turn up

We have been told by the firm that sold us our oven that 2mhd has ceased trading. I suggest you contact the firm you originally ordered from to see what they can do.

Initially all seemed well for a bed delivery with John Lewis: spoke to someone on the phone on 9th January who confirmed delivery would be on Monday 19th January and I’d receive a text the Friday before with a time slot. Text also arrived with a 07:00 to 09:00 slot so thought everything was sorted.

On Monday, there was no show in the time slot, but I assumed they might be running late. However, by lunch time there was no sign and no further information. I tried phoning the number but this just disconnected after a minute of hold music. Tried emailing but no response there either.

I’m very fortunate in that I can work from home, but I’d feel very sorry for anyone who made arrangements to take time off work or have someone sit in for them.

If a company says they are using 2MHD to deliver your product, I would strongly recommend querying this with them and asking if alternatives are available.

Seem to be in the minority here but this company is absolutely shocking. Expecting a bed delivery so disposed of ours. They cancelled 45minutes before delivery was due. Arranged another date, they cancelled again. Very flimsy excuses. No communication from them since. Have now had to cancel my order with John Lewis as we can’t wait any longer

Delivery of our bed (bought from John Lewis) scheduled for 6-8pm yesterday. Confirmed by text a couple of days before. No delivery arrived. No message from anyone. Today we called repeatedly but their phone cuts you off repeatedly while you are holding. Emailed them but no reply. John Lewis attempting to resolve but also appear not to be able to get anywhere.
Meanwhile we have to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Disgusted.

A bit of a late review but because of a lasting impression I thought i would make one.

3 years ago in 2023 Gurdev Sing delivered a dryer. He was professional, well spoken and helped me in with it despite our hallways being narrow and difficult. There was a smile on his face the entire time, he was also incredibly insistent on me making a review he ask me to take a picture of his badge... since then hes periodically popped up on our TV for years !!!

We are very happy with the delivery of our new bed. The delivery team (Team No. 1) were excellent, professional and very quick.

Couldn't fault the service that was provided by Team number 2 from this company. The gentleman rang ahead to let us know they were coming and once here they were very polite, respectful of our house (taking shoes off and tidying up afterwards) and they quickly put together the bed. Thank you to 2 Man Delivery for your excellent service.

The guys are just two angels! I had very nice and expensive Miele fridge delivered today which was struggling to fit in the elevator and I leave on the 16th floor. The guys DILBAG and AJAY did everything they could to help and deliver it home safe and sound, found well beyond their assignment. It was a lot of time and sweat but they very professionally managed to get it into my flat. I will definitely recommend them!

Team 2 delivered and constructed my bed. Both gentlemen were very professional, friendly and efficient.

The guys from Team 1 were very friendly and helpful. They got my dryer inside and unpacked very quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.

Excellent guys and very helpful

The guys (Team Number 1) have just left after delivering and building two beds from John Lewis. They were great! They gave me a call when they were half an hour away, worked efficiently, tidying as they went and were extremely friendly and polite gentlemen - I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and team!!
