If you've not got a refund, get it back through your card provider. Request using Section 75. My bank refunded me straight away and they've taken it on themselves to sort out the whole situation. It's much easier than trying to sort it out yourself because JAVA HUB ARE CROOKS.

After waiting over a week, turns out the item still wasn’t in stock so I asked them to cancel the order. Over a month later I’m still chasing this company for a refund and they are no longer responding to my emails. Very poor, and now having to ask my bank to issue a chargeback

It is ridiculous that I have ordered a coffee machine from them over three weeks now, and I'd heard nothing. I sent a few emails and received no replies, then i tried with the chat-box on the website, no one answers. I strongly not recommend this company. Do not shop there! I WANT A REFUND!

No coffee machine, no reponse.

Adding my experience to the other poeple who've ordered coffee equiptment and not recieved it.

I ordered an espresso machine a couple of weeks ago, was told that it was going to be dispatched last week but haven't heard anything back.

No replies from customer service over email/DM/chat since then.

Ordered a £1k coffee machine but after 8 days it’s not arrived and looking at these reviews it seems it never will. Wish I’d checked it beforehand because this company appear to be a scam.

I purchased a Moccamaster from Java Hub in the middle of the pandemic, and just as Brexit happened. Inevitably this caused some delay, but Java Hub kept me informed and gave me a discount and some free coffee to compensate for the delay. I appreciated their attitude and would deal with them again

Ordered an "in stock" grinder on 30/11/20. Eventually cancelled on 08/03/21 and have yet to receive my refund. Similar to other reviews I was told "3-14 days" for refund and then told the finance manager will be contacting me in 48-72 hours.

Throughout the process I've had to chase JavaHub for updates, their communication is severely lacking.

On the plus side I was sent a goodwill coffee box in mid-December due to delay and offered an alternative grinder on numerous occasions. However, as it stands I've paid £250 for ~£70 of coffee items that I didn't need.

Cancelled an order about 2 months ago. Still not received a refund despite my emails. Was told finance manager would be in touch but still nothing. They are now just not responding. Very very poor

Like Clare (below), I rarely post reviews for companies, but reading Clare's review brought a MASSIVE sense of Deja vu. My experience has been identical... abysmal customer service, misleading communication from ordering until now - coffee machine ordered on 14th January, never received, multiple assurances it would be dispatched the following day, eventually admitted the product wasn't actually in UK yet and agreed a partial refund and free bags of coffee. >2 month later no refund received despite further empty promises it would be however, unlike Clare I paid via a credit card and raised a dispute directly with my bank who recovered my £185 spend within days as I could prove my terrible experience! I am all for supporting small businesses too, being 1 myself, but these guys are at best incompetent at at worse... I have since bought my coffee machine from a coffee company based in Scotland (initials BN) and received it within 2 working days!!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!!

I don’t drink coffee but I felt the service is definitely worthy of a 5 star review, simple and efficient! The coffee arrived very quickly, packaged very well. As a non coffee drinker, who hasn’t got a clue, I ordered two subscription boxes, as the tasting notes are wasted on me. According to my husband and my dad -both Americano drinkers - the coffee is “loveley” you can taste the deep chocolate notes .. they have used drip filter, a cafetière and an espresso machine. The coffee, I’m told, is different depending on which method you prefer. But overall, an excellent service and I know we will be return customers

In search of a birthday present of a high end coffee machine, I googled Moccamaster and JavaHub was listed. I decided to order the machine on a Sunday evening. The ordering process was easy to use and products well documented.
With an efficient email trail and tracking, the parcel arrived on the Wednesday morning. Well packaged and I was impressed with the all round service from JavaHub. I would fully recommend to anyone who wishes to purchase coffee products to use them.

Having bought a new coffee machine recently we have been trying out lots of different beans, trying to identify our tipple, nothing had hit the spot until I stumbled upon Java Hub - great coffee, really suits my tastebuds and quick efficient delivery service too. Love the fact I could buy lots of smaller bags to try.

Quick delivery for my aero press and ordered the Colombian Java coffee which is one of the nicest coffees I’ve tried. Would definitely recommend them

Brilliant Service. I ordered a hard to find (Well, in the UK, March 2021) Moccamaster One Cup coffee machine. A week later it was on my doorstep waiting to be used. Great price as well.

They also have some interesting coffee equipment for all you budding 'James Hoffmann' out there.

I will be ordering their coffee in the near future.
