Fantastic service and welcoming atmosphere. Great knowledgeable staff, very friendly, make you feel at home. I went in to try an mr-g casio and ended up buying it. Great service from David Whitelaw, very friendly and professional with superb attention to detail. David went the extra mile with me which is the reason I decided to purchase the watch and made the whole experience feel very special. Can't recommend enough, keep up the great work, hope to come back and do further buisness.

Excellent service!
I’ve been looking for this particular watch for months! Loads on the market but at a high price and outside of the UK. I found the watch on the James Porter & Son website at a sale price. I ordered it online and paid with PayPal. I was able to track its journey and it was delivered before 1pm the very next day! An excellent service, from a highly recommended company.

Super easy purchase from their website and promptly dispatch. The watch is beautiful.
The only thing that I would suggest is to have payment options like Klarma for larger payments as applying for an old fashioned loan was a bit off putting, otherwise highly recommended

Excellent speedy service
Excellent speedy service. Id wanted an Oris Cotton Candy for a long while and found one for a great price at James Porter & Son. Ordered online as I am nowhere near the area the shop is. Ordered Sunday afternoon and the watch arrived Tuesday morning securely packaged. I would 100% buy another watch from James Porter & Son. Thank you!

Great Sales and Aftercare
I knew what I was after and the James Porter website made it very easy to purchase the watch I wanted. I have since decided I wanted a different strap and, since the watch is German, sent a quick email to ask if they could source one for me. I now have a couple of straps on order without having to pay a ridiculous €50 Euro postage fee! I'm very happy with their service.

This store is my family’s favourite watch store in Glasgow they have nice variety of watch brands.
Great store, Great service & very helpful l purchased 2 watches from James & Porter a Doxa & Studio Underdog and l loved them both l will go back and buy my 3rd watch Soon.
