Excellent product, excellent service and a bit different. Used as doors to small ensuite, look lovely.

The whole process was so easy from designing the furniture to putting it all together. The customer service is also second to none and the Jali team were an absolute pleasure to work with.

I must admit after reading some of the older reviews I had prepared myself for the worst, but I had nothing to worry about.

The cupboard doors were exactly as I had designed them using their online tool and millimetre perfect!
Not only that, but they arrived pristine and promptly!

I found the on-line design tool very helpful and easy to use. To date, I have designed and ordered two radiator cabinets which arrived exactly as shown/detailed in during the design/ordering process. Assembly and fitting was straightforward for someone with basic DIY skills.
Overall, this proved to be a cost-effective way to purchase high quality custom designed cabinets

Great online design system that is easy to use. Product quality is excellent and the delivered product is exactly as designed online. Packaging is super and delivery is always as promised. Lots of designs available. Customer service is one of the best I have come across.

We found the measuring system very simple to do with the hard work done for us by the Jali design programme.
The covers arrived in good time and were easy to build and put in place.
They are robust and we would imagine that they will last many years. They look great and allow the radiators to do their job well whilst greatly improving their looks.
We will almost certainly buy more in the near future.

This is the second home in which we've installed Jali radiator cupboards.
The quality is excellent and installation was straight forward.
Now after many years they are as good as new. Repainting is easy and the front cover can be folded down to remove spiders webs & dust when it's time for a spring clean.

I have been a customer of Jali over a great number of years and have happily returned to buy various bits that they’ve managed to be spot on with and somewhat inspired to offer in the first place like pelmets and things to finish of the top of built in furniture - I mean who would have thought of even selling things like that!! Most recently I have bought a small pelmet to fit across a small window and their design tool was invaluable in getting the proportions just right and also radiator cabinets for a bay window, again I doubt I could have done it without their design tool. The options for the finish are good and I really recommend their products and ideas.

I have bought many items from Jali over the years, mainly cupboards, wall cabinets and radiator covers. Each has been received quickly and in full, went together very easily and was beautifully made. I love being able to adjust the product in the design tool to get custom furniture at bargain prices.

Highly recommended to anyone who is a competent DIYer or better. Will definitely keep using them.

I have used Jali on several occasions in the past and currently planning a long, low bookcase for a family room.
The website is easy to negotiate and the design section is fantastic. It allows me to create bespoke units that fit well and look good.

Great concept, easy designs to visualise and make your own. It helped me solve a space issue in the kitchen of my new flat which no other solution did and I love being able to get something in my head come to life so easily. The price is right too. Thank you Jali!

Ordered new fret work for original Jali radiator cover we had had for 10 years or so. We did not receive the ones we ordered but we didn’t return them as we had waited a while and they were quite nice.
And now they are painted up they blend into our lounge very nicely.
Well made and easy to fit. A bit expensive though.

I’ve used Jali a number of times for various projects during my house renovation for fret radiator covers & bespoke cupboard & wardrobe doors. I have always found their products to be good quality and their service & delivery efficient. The website is easy to use and has a handy design tool for bespoke sizes and products. I would definitely recommend them and will be using their service again if I need to in the future.

I am an architectural technician and have used Jali a number of times......their Fret work is brilliant..radiator covers are brilliant. Good workmanship , good customer service....Will not go anywhere else other than Jali....20 out of 10...
