The shelving unit we ordered was exactly what we were hoping for and very fair value. The online design tool made it easy to order what we wanted. I ordered a self designed bookcase from the great folks at Jali. The website has a really easy to use design page with many options for size, style, colour etc and, if you’ve got any questions, their customer services are great. Communication with Jali is easy. As mentioned in other testimonials, it’s not the cheapest ‘flat pack’ furniture; however, it is quality. The instructions were easy to understand and it was easy to build - this one needed help as it weighs 300kg! My only - very minor - complaint is that, if anything it’s TOO WELL made: putting the shelves together (I have 5 bookshelves attached by bolts) required EXACTLY placing the shelves together for the screw to meet the bolt. I made the pilot hole 1mm wider; after that it was easy.

This is a great bit of furniture and I expect it to last longer than I do! I’m already planning my next bit of Jali furniture!”

My go to company for custom radiators covers. They are always well packaged, the quality of the MDF and the way they have been cut is second to none. My latest cover I opted for a pre-primed finish. This saved hours of time especially on the fret work so in future would now always opt for this extra. All in all I am always pleased with the service and products that Jali provide.

Even before purchasing the information and advice was excellent. Once our alcove shelving turned up, you could tell the product was quality, and the fixtures and fittings were incredibly precise. Overall, it felt like a personalised service and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Jali.
