Poor quality trouser that have started to break down after a couple washes. Shipping was a bit slow too.

Here's an actual email from Jack Archer customer service: "Let me clarify how our labeling works so there’s no confusion: If the tag says 'Straight' (with quotation marks), that means Straight Fit. If the tag says Straight (without quotation marks), that actually means Classic Fit. I know this can be a little confusing, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of clarity." So Jack Archer is intentionally sending customers classic fit pants that are mislabeled as straight fit pants. The "straight" label is on both the pants and the plastic bag that they are packaged in. It's unclear to me how I was supposed to know that the pants were the classic fit pants that I ordered.

Purchased my first pair based on the hype. Pants did not fit well. Purchased for a family event, and worn only once. Contacted JA customer service for help, they offered as one time courtesy to help me replace with new size since we were beyond 30 days.

JA decided after making the offer, to rescind the offer within a few minutes....what a joke.

I will now donate these pants and move on. Based on the pant fit, and the type of customer service, this will be the first and last pair of JA pants I will buy.

First order - I ordered the wrong size - not used to buying pants online - sent them back and received the new ones. No problem - the pants fit well and I am thinking of getting another pair in a different colour. Delivery was also much quicker than expected

Excellent pants, can't be heated for quality and price.

The pants are well fitted and comfortable. I wear them quite often for work and they look nice with sporty dress shoes. My only issue is when you iron them there is a tendency to have discoloration along the pocket lining. I do not regret my purchase though.

CS was able to correct the programs issues and make my order correct.

I’ve done a few orders. Jet setter pants are great. Fit and comfort levels are awesome. T shirts are great quality with the exception of getting a white color. Turned yellow after first wash so pick any color but that. For its price shouldn’t turn yellow

I purchased pants from them on 7-10 and was provided a tracking number which told me I would receive my order by end of day 7-14-25. I never got them. When I looked at the tracking, it was shipped from Kansas City, Missouri then went to Henderson, Nevada to Albuquerque, New Mexico and now is sitting in Olathe, Kansas! It is now 7-17-25 and customer service only says that if I don't receive it by 7-23-25, to reach out and they'll see if they can help me with tracking. I've purchased pants from this seller before and really like the pants but their customer service SUCKS. Sometimes follow up and customer service is as important as the product, looks like from other bad reviews, they have not learned this lesson. I will not be buying from them again. There are too many companies selling products just as good or better. The web says this is Latino Owned business.. you'd think they would do a good job at making a name for themselves.

The pants had wrinkles upon arrival that just wouldn't come out despite repeated washes.

I ordered a size too big. I didn’t realize that these are true to fit AND that they also have a bit of stretch-give, Rather than return, I gave them to my nephew on whom they look great. And I reordered. Very happy with these great pants and shorts. Oh … the free T-shirts? I kept both. They are awesome and flattering on not-so-perfect bodies. My new favorite pants and shirts.

The material is great but they wrinkle very easy. Once out of the dryer, you can see all of the wrinkles. I really don't like having to steam or iron my shirts.
