Trustpilot currently shows 15 reviews, a 2.2 “Poor” TrustScore, and 86% 1-star reviews. Trustpilot also says the company hasn’t replied to negative reviews. Recent reviews mention long delays, poor tracking, cheap material, return problems, and poor/no customer service, which is consistent with your experience. 

Their own shipping policy says orders “typically ship out within 1–2 business days” and arrive within “3–7 business days,” with a tracking number emailed after shipping.  Their refund policy says returns must be started within 20 days, with a $10 restocking fee and non-refundable original shipping, and sale/final-sale items may not be returnable.

I ordered jeans from TAYLRD after seeing them advertised as suitable for shorter people. My experience was absolutely terrible.

The jeans took weeks to arrive, despite the website giving the impression of much quicker shipping. I received delay emails, and when I asked to cancel, I was told the order was already on the way. The tracking number never properly worked and only showed vague “international” tracking information.

When the jeans finally arrived, the quality was shocking. One button was already loose inside the plastic packaging, and another came off before I could even properly put the jeans on. The material is thin, cheap and flimsy — honestly worse than low-quality fast-fashion items I have seen elsewhere. For the price charged, it felt completely unjustifiable.

The fit was also awful. They were described as being suitable for shorter people, but the cut was a terrible skinny fit and did not feel like it had been properly designed for the market being advertised to.

After reading other reviews, it seems I am far from the only person who has had problems with delays, poor tracking, poor quality and bad customer service.

In my opinion, this appears to be a very poor-quality dropshipping-style operation with overpriced products and a frustrating customer experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding TAYLRD.

I have been waiting for my order for 2 months, I had first been told the specific size was out of stock and had to be made, but weeks later despite regular requests for updates they fob me off each time. The latest update a week ago was the parcel was with Yodel but Yodel can’t help me as they do not have the parcel ‘yet’. I just emailed the company for a refund and for them to phone me about it. Very upset about the whole process……
………..Finally received the jeans and they are at best similar standard to cheaper M&S jeans. Not very good fabric, look cheap. Label Made in China says it all. I feel quite exhausted by the delays and futile email exchanges between Tayrd and just for extra stress, Yodel (who delivered them after a leisurely 10 days in their possession not to my designated safe place but on the ground under a patio table in rain and wind). Overall I can’t be bothered to send them back. Just disappointed & let down by the misleading advert.
Do not waste your time on this company.

I am in UK and had never heard of them before. They popped up on my facebook page and as I am short and always had trouble buying jeans and trousers thought I would give them a try. I ordered one pair and order was immediately acknowledged and a tracking system was in place. Took 10 days to arrive and when I received them they were well packed and fitted perfectly.

Placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received it—no tracking number or updates. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service multiple times and haven’t gotten any response. I would strongly advise staying away from this company.

If i can give 0 stars I would. False advertising. They make the pants seem so amazing and made out of high quality materials. Its complete garbage. Furthermore, impossible to return the pants. They give you a link that does not work on the order. The website has no where to find a way to return. I think their entire model is to make the exprience of the return tough so you cant do it. Complete scammers.

Do not buy! Cheap material and non-existent customer service.

This people are scammers!

I bought some pants for $49, but the quality was too cheap and I tried to return it and they are charging me $27. This people need to be report tobtje Federal trade commission!

Worst customer service or should i say no customer service. Haven't responded to any emails. Don't buy from this company. I should have done a better job of research myself. Looks like they don't respond to anyone

Ordered pants on January 8th and was immediately charged. No shipping confirmation or response to my inquiries. I’m not sure they are in business anymore.

Purchased clothing in the past and loved the product, this recent purchase was charged and 2 weeks later have not received any update on shipping. No live customer service number and they do not respond to attempts at email contact or messages on IG. Disappointed as I liked the clothing in the past but poor customer service follow up ruins any future purchases.

I’ve been trying to process a return for almost 2 weeks, I’ve sent 5 emails and have received no response. They have an online portal for returns which doesn’t work. Seems a lot of people are having this experience lately, very sad.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I ordered four pairs of pants, but one arrived damaged and another was too small. When I attempted to return these items, I encountered error messages. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support via email, I have not received any response. This experience has been very disappointing.

Be aware. You better NOT need to return or exchange. They claim on website that they have your back (quote from actual website). They absolutely do not when you need them. The only options are email and they will never respond. We tried 5 times before giving up. Then tried live chat and it claimed tobe connecting me and it never did.
You will get some good pants but don't have an issue or your money is gone.

TAYLRD Clothing said I was a few days past their return policy. I asked for some courtesy. They told me to get lost.

These pants are not even close to a 30 inch inseam! Why not exchange them for pants that fit?

Very poor customer service.

I had a terrible experience with Taylrd. They took my money for an order over 5 months ago and have yet to process my return. Their customer service is nonexistent, as they don't respond to emails.. Not only have they wasted my time, but they've also left me out of pocket.It's been a nightmare trying to get my money back and their unresponsiveness has only made matters worse. Ive never purchased from them before however my friend recommended the pants and they ended up not fitting right at all. I do not know about anyone else but Ive had an absolutely terrible experience with Taylrd.

I purchased a pair of pants as a Christmas gift on Dec 14. Son came home after New Years and they didn't fit. Tried to do an exchange on Jan 4 and Taylord said I hit my exchange window and would not accept a return or do an exchange. No exceptions - 21 day exchange window for an online company, is unbelievable.
