Kosta's team did a fine job: clear set-up process, good communications and decent price. Movers turned up on time and calmly moved all my boxes into the van and off to the new place very carefully and quickly. No complaints over having to wait for the keys for th enew place and great job unpacking and putting some furniture back together. Very highly recommended!

Honestly the best experience I’ve had with movers to date - I am pregnant and they were very caring and concerned making sure I didn’t lift anything too. Absolutely fantastic service! Kosta is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and, most importantly, understanding of the stresses that come with moving. The team that helped us with our furniture and hundreds of boxes went above and beyond—I’d give them 6/5 if I could! They worked tirelessly without a single complaint.

Excellent company if you are planning a move. Very professional on both the administrative side and the hands on work, with also a personal touch.

My partner and I had to hire a mover because of physical limitations.

Kosta was in touch promptly and provided quotes for different options, which were very reasonably priced. After booking the move, Kosta was also quick to respond to any enquiries and was very transparent with planning, requirements etc.

On the day of the move the crew arrived promptly and were forthcoming and reassuring, stating that 'we've got you covered'.

Were very happy with how smoothly the move went and having Izzy moves made the day so much more easier for us.

Kosta and the rest of the team were amazing. Despite a tricky parking situation they made it work— everything was on time, smooth, and the movers were friendly to the cats while unloading (bonus!).

I booked Izzy removals after our initial removal company were unable to move us when our moving date had changed. Initially the quote with Kosta was fine after sending him a video and photos. He said that we only needed 2 vans after all the other companies said we needed 3. Although we received an apology from Nick who managed on the day, the team arrived 30mins late at 9:30. Nick and his team did a great job of packing but he had concerns early on that we needed 3 vans and said after viewing the videos he knew we needed 3. After the 2 vans were full I sent them to the new address an hour away and said hopefully the keys would be ready so they could unload and come back. The keys were not ready until just before 4pm. Whilst I know this is after the agreed 2pm time, if they had used 3 vans, the men would have been finished by 6pm and we had paid for 8 hours of work. I had also included in the quote the collection and delivery of a piano. After unloading and collecting the piano, they didn’t get back to our original house built 19:30 where I had to help load the final van and make the hour long journey back in the van with them. Me and my family helped unload when we got back and we had to have furniture put back together as we had paid for this service but my 2 kids were asleep as it was 21:30. Due to not finishing until 22:30, I was told I needed to pay an extra £425 and there was no room for negotiation. I felt like if they had used 3 vans they would have been finished by 6pm and I would have been in my new home not waiting around until 22:30. I know the response to this review will be that 3 vans would be more, the piano took longer and we got the keys late but if we had an honest quote to start I would have paid more to be in my new house on time. The main issue was that at 22:30 I was handed to the phone to speak to Kosta who threateningly said “have you paid? They will not leave until you pay”. My 2 kids were asleep and my wife in the house, there was no room for negotiation so I had no choice but to pay them men so they would leave. As I said, Nick and the team on the day were great, can’t fault them as they had a very long day but if you go with them get someone round to quote so you know the full cost upfront.

The removals team smashed it. Reliable and did everything as promised. The guys were hard working and the van was plenty big enough for all of our belongings. They were patient whilst waiting for the keys to be exchanged for the new house, and were very polite to me and my wife.

My partner and I needed to move from two properties into a new flat, and Kosta's team were great. I was able to organise our move one week before and they replied to emails promptly. We were nervous whether everything would fit into the van, but there was PLENTY of space left over after loading all our stuff. The removal men were incredibly quick, whilst still careful with all our stuff. I had a lot of glassware and delicate kitchen items, which were only wrapped in kitchen roll - everything remained undamaged. Very impressed and would use again.

Kostas and his team were incredible. His colleagues moved our small flat in 2 hours flat. They were fast but looked after our belongings with care. They even took apart our wardrobe to move it and put it back together better than before. I would definitely recommend them. The team are well organised and efficient. They are no nonsense and just get on with the job which is exactly what you need on a very stressful day. We knew we could trust them to get on with the job. The only instructions we gave them was where to put the boxes on the other side. Thanks for making the day so easy.

Kosta and his team were great! From the moment they arrived, they exhibited a high level of expertise and organization. Additionally, their punctuality was commendable; they arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated timeframe.
