Excellent service. The guys were great and efficient, the fees were transparent, and the job was done far quicker than I thought it would be given how much stuff there was to move and how far my new flat was from my old one.

Another great job from Kosta's team. Have used before will use again. Guys arrived early, very quick , very helpful. Great value for money with nice people.

Smooth move. They were on time and made their quoted price included dis-assembly and reassembly of my furniture. The quote also wasn't dependent on the number of boxes which I was appreciative for as other companies prices were almost double what I paid for the 4hour move and it didn't include furniture or the amount of boxes.

Will be using again if I ever need to move again.

Overall the team were excellent through out. The communication from start to finish was amazing and all information was provided, including an accurate quote ahead of the booking. The team were super friendly, fast and efficient whilst also being safe with all my belongings. It was a long move for the team too, from South England to Scotland and therefore, hugely appreciated to be so friendly and in good spirits.

Their communication before the move was brilliant. On the move day they were punctual, incredibly hardworking (she had lots of stuff!) and really nice to work with. They were great, and I’d really recommend them.

Incredibly professional service from our two movers. They knew exactly what they were doing and got the job done in good time (ran over over by 30mins at the loading stage but that was due to more items than anticipated on our end). They had a great system for loading and unloading the van and wouldn't accept our help which we were impressed with. Must be said that Kosta's communication was top notch from the first email until we were fully moved in; he helped with any doubts we had about van size and seemed to know exactly how things would fit. Also impressed as no extra charge was levied for us having more stuff than originally planned. Kosta told us that as long as it fit in the van then all was ok! Really impressed with Izzy Removals and wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

I've moved a lot during my life and can honestly say my experience here was the best. Kosta is great at communicating. I was assured that the men would turn up on the dates, and that nothing would go wrong. And that's exactly how it all went. Fast, efficient, careful with every item. And the pricing was incredibly reasonable too. Both of the men who moved my furniture were lovely and very personable. I would highly recommend this company, and they'll be my first choice of movers if I ever move home again.

Absolutely fantastic ! What a team. They made the move so seamless. It was a boiling hot day and with no lift and heavy furniture to carry down two flights of stairs - they did it all with smiles on thier faces! I highly recommend! Thank you !

Kostas and his team did a fantastic job! They were very efficient, helpful and caring. Parking was difficult at the drop off location, but the team worked around it and still completed the job in less time than was planned.

Rude staff. Grunted and huffed constantly throughout the job as if they were frustrated by it.
Unprofessional operation. My porter provided them with a parking space, they chose to park on the street, and then they charged me for the parking ticket. They will reply to this message saying the porter didn't show them the spot. I trust my porter, who I've known for 5 years, not them.
My only positives: fairly efficient and nothing broke in the move.

Well they turned up on time and the heavy rain stopped just as they arrived and the sun came out. They moved everything with ease and placed everything in my new flat where I needed them to be. The service was flawless and just two nice and polite men who did an excellent job.

Amazing! They did a wonderful job! I highly recommend. They were very careful when moving the furniture and placing everything where we wanted them to be. We will definitely use their services again on our next move.
The process was very smooth and they took care of everything.
At the end, they asked us to verify that the van was empty and Kosta called to make sure everything was fine and we paid via bank transfer.

Have done business with Kosta quite a few times now over the years .
