Every gentleman I spoke with was kind and pleasant to speak with. They charged a fair rate for their time and were transparent; they didn't try to get me with any unnecessary fees. I didn't have much to move, but they were in and out quickly and handled all of the boxes with care. I would use them again in the future!

Very quick and helpful service - they went out of their way to fix something that we had broken ourselves, and lifted an entire flat’s worth of stuff down and up 4 flights of stairs during a heatwave. We cannot recommend this company and their staff enough!

Outstanding removals service from start to finish! The team arrived on time, handled everything with great care, and made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. They were professional, friendly, and very efficient throughout the day. All of my belongings arrived safely and in perfect condition. I packed my 55” TV properly, in its original packaging, with polythene foam and added extra bubble wrap to keep it safe. They still managed to break my screen and refuse to even apologise for it. The reply was: “ I have spoken directly with Nick and the rest of the crew to thoroughly investigate how your belongings were handled during the move“ - but I was personally with them the whole time and saw that the tv box was never moved by the handles, and always moved around by one person, who clearly damaged.
It was not a new tv, so not worth a fight, but the lack of accountability and simple customer service was appalling, stay away from this company!!! 😡😡😡

George and his co-worker were an absolute dream. They were incredibly careful with my things, packed everything quickly and in a really organised way, and then moved everything into my new flat remarkably fast.

I’ve moved homes in London a few times now, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had with a removals company. The pricing also felt very reasonable for the quality of the service.

The next time I move, I’ll use Izzy Removals again without a shadow of a doubt.

Service was carried out at a sufficient speed, but they damaged my bed in transit. When I contacted the owner to rectify the issue, they dismissed me and did not offer any meaningful compensation for the damage caused.

Watch out for there prices! Asked for a quote which they overcharged me on and when I kindly declined and decided not to not go ahead with the quote, I was spoke to in a demeaning and rude way "sorry you cant afford it". Overcharging and disrespectful about it.

Fantastic experience with Izzy Removals, a small family run business. They booked me in last minute, gave me the lowest rate, and the guys who came were friendly and helpful even though they were clearly very tired, having fit me in at the end of a long day. Thank you!

Amazing service and very professional,Kosta sent a Father and Son team.They were both very polite and made sure I was happy with everything.Everything was moved very quickly but with the up most care.It was my first time moving and I was very nervous but they kept me informed and Kosta rang me on the day to see everything was all ok and I was happy.I would 100% recommend Izzy removals company to anyone looking for removals and highly recommend the team you sent out and the price.They defo made it look easy. I have just used Izzy Removals to move across London. The guys who came out were absolutely amazing, very positive and attentive to my belongings. There were a lot of stairs to climb at both addresses, and they did a superb job without any issues.
Management has been very transparent about pricing and has been super easy to communicate with. Honest and trustworthy guys!
Highly recommend them, fantastic service! Very satisfied!

Great experience moving from London to Essex!

The guys were lovely and were able to fit everything we needed into the van.

I liked the Izzy removal team - they were nice, respectful men & they worked very hard. My wife was very comfortable with them being around the house when I wasn't there. They were great with the kids as well, most of the men had young children.

We bought the packing services as well as moving service.

- Moving day went well, the team arrived at 7 am worked exceptionally hard to get the house packed up by noon completion (everything packed into 4 lorries).
- The team were driven & pragmatic and moved us in (despite us being delayed) with the seller letting them in
- The team made a bunk bed, days bed and reassembled multiple IKEA cupboards (as well as emptying 4 lorries) in 4 hours.
- There was only one minor breakage (for which I was refunded) out of over 300 boxes.

Why only 4 stars? I suffered from "Bill Shock" - we were informed throughout the move "you need another lorry, you need 3x as many boxes, you need an extra days packing" ... so I new cost was going up but only found out it had doubled at 10pm on move day, when the final invoice arrived. This specific element was not a good experience, especially as I was told the men who had worked so hard were waiting for payment to be made before they started their 250 mile trip back to London.

It is important to say Izzy's quote was inline with many others I had received so any company I choose would have resulted in the same.

It transpired that only 7 men had been sent but I had been charged for 8 - we agreed a refund of £20/hr for the moving day (which is the difference between a 1 and 2 man team) which was settled immediately on all boxes being opened and checked.

Why did I pick Izzy removals? Because of the removal teams got so many positive reviews and they certainly lived up to it!
