Mixed reviews
I have done 2 set of courses with this organisation. The business analysis pack was solid. All resources were good enough to pass the examinations. But the Lean Six Sigma course did not meet my expectation. The resources were not exhaustive enough and you will require additional learning outside the resources given, unfortunately you can't know what's needed until you write the first exam. Which means you may have to fail inorder to know what's lacking.

Think twice if your goal is recruitment support
I’m sharing this review so prospective students fully understand what they are signing up for with ITonline Learning.
The main reason I enrolled was the CV Review, Mentoring & Recruitment Support Service, which is heavily promoted and paid seperately for. For many people, especially career changers, this support is a key reason for choosing the programme.
I started the course in February 2025, and by November, while working full-time, I had already completed and passed:
APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ), PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner and the project simulation (which I personally do not feel is a strong reflection of real-world project delivery).
This was achieved while juggling full-time work and normal life responsibilities.
My course expires in February 2026 and I will not be able to complete the 2 remaining courses within the one-year timeframe. I contacted ITonline Learning to explain my situation and requested access to the recruitment support service, given that I had passed 3 out of the 5 exams and completed the simulation. This request was refused. I was also refused a refund.
In addition, ITonline Learning refused to issue the remaining exam vouchers for the exams I had not yet sat. In total, the services and exam vouchers I paid for but will not receive amount to £1,325.
I find this extremely disappointing. Completing five project management courses, their exams, and a project simulation within one year is not realistic for many working professionals. There is no flexibility, even when learners have clearly demonstrated commitment and significant progress. Their structure feels more focused on selling a large bundle than accommodating real-life learners.
If your primary goal is to secure a job, I strongly advise you to think carefully before enrolling. The policies are rigid, and the recruitment support advertised is not as accessible as it appears. I wonder how many of these guys giving 5 star reviews have gotten jobs.
Update after your reply:
You said my program was designed to be completed within 6(six) months. Yet i was charged and paid for access to your platform for 1 year. How on earth do you expect someone that has a full time job to complete: APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ), PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile foundation and Agile Practitioner courses and exams in six (6) months??? This just goes to re-iterate my point that all you care about is selling large bundles of courses to your students and not in them actually achieving the purpose they enrolled with you in the first place.

We’re genuinely sorry to read that you feel disappointed, particularly after the progress you’ve made. Passing multiple exams while working full-time is no small achievement, and we have consistently acknowledged the effort you’ve put in.
However, we do feel it is important to clarify a few points so that you have a complete and accurate understanding of how the programme operates.
Before enrolling on 25 February 2025, you made several enquiries with our team regarding different pathways, including the Data Analyst Diploma and the International Business Analyst Diploma, before deciding to proceed with the Project Management Career Programme. During these discussions, the full structure of the programme was explained, including that it is a staged vocational pathway: training first, required certifications next, and recruitment support once all elements are successfully completed.
This structure was again clearly outlined in the Terms of Learning document issued to you upon enrolment, along with your 14-day statutory cooling-off period. At no stage during that period were any concerns raised regarding the pathway structure, recruitment eligibility criteria, or timeframe. Proceeding beyond that period and actively engaging with the training indicates agreement with those terms.
Your programme was designed to be completed within six months, and you were provided with 12 months’ access to allow flexibility around work and life commitments. Throughout your studies, you remained in contact with tutor support and received check-ins and follow-ups. There were also several follow-up emails between August and November 2025 that went unanswered. Support was consistently available.
It is also important to clarify the point raised regarding recruitment support fees. Your invoice clearly shows that the Recruitment Support Service was fully discounted at enrolment. This means recruitment support was included at no additional cost to you and was not paid for as a standalone service. For this reason, there is no separate recruitment fee to refund.
We provide vocational training, which means our programmes are structured to ensure learners meet the qualification standards that UK hiring managers expect before entering the job market. Entering recruitment without completing the full certification pathway would significantly disadvantage a candidate in a highly competitive job market. Recruitment support is therefore conditional upon full completion to protect learners’ employability and credibility with employers.
We understand you have a wedding upcoming and appreciate that life commitments can make timelines challenging. However, the structure and eligibility criteria have remained consistent from your initial enquiry through enrolment and throughout the programme.
We responded to your concerns directly and transparently via email when you raised them just recently. If you would like to continue that conversation constructively, we remain open to doing so and exploring appropriate support options within the framework of the agreed programme terms.
Our goal remains the same as it was at enrolment, to support you in completing the programme and accessing recruitment support once fully qualified.
Response to the update:
When we explained the programme is designed to be completed within approximately six months, this refers to the guided learning time required to complete the academic content, which totals around 150 hours. At an average of two hours per day, this equates to roughly three months of study, and even at a more moderate pace alongside full-time work, completion within three to six months is achievable.
Prior to enrolment, you were given two payment options, pay in full or spread the cost over 12 monthly instalments, and you chose the instalment plan. The instalment duration relates to financing the tuition, not the academic completion timeframe.

My experience was excellent and rewarding. The training was well structured, engaging, and professionally delivered from start to finish.
I would especially like to commend my mentor, Mr Ryan, whose guidance, encouragement, and depth of knowledge made a real difference throughout my learning journey. His support, along with the wider Project Management team, helped me stay focused, confident, and well prepared for the certifications.
I would also like to sincerely appreciate Barbara, the Exam Officer, for her professionalism, reassurance, and clear communication during the exam process. Quick responses and in depth one on one tutoring.
Emmanuel is my tutor and is constantly checking in to ensure I'm ok with my studies and if there's anything he can help with. I emailed him today as I was stuck and he responded almost instantly and we had a teams call so he could see where I was struggling. He then explained a few other things which I'd missed and it was really helpful.

An Incredible Journey – I’m Actually Going to Miss Studying with Them
I have just finished my Project Management qualifications with ITonlinelearning, and I can honestly say it has been an incredible experience from start to finish. I’m actually feeling a sad that it’s over because I’ve really enjoyed the whole experience from the moment I signed up to recieving my e-mail notifying me of completing everything.
I loved the course design and for me, it was incredibly easy to navigate. I especially loved the breakdown of each section into manageable chapters; it made the workload feel achievable rather than overwhelming. I was able to study chapters every lunch break and evening I had, while working a very stressful full time job.
I cannot thank my tutor Ryan enough. He was so proactive, constantly checking in on my progress and answering every question I had. When I reached the Prince2 Practitioner level, I was incredibly stressed—everyone around me kept saying it was the hardest exam I’d ever take. Ryan went above and beyond, setting aside extra time to help me prepare and calm my nerves. I couldn’t have done it without his support.
I'd like to give another a huge shout-out to the exam booking team for making the process seamless. A special thank you to Yvonne, who was brilliant and made the final steps of my journey so smooth.

I have had two catchup sessions with JERRY NAIDOO in the course of my training that were very helpful. He showed me better approach to doing my Lab practices more efficiently and time saving.
