I would have given 0 star if it was possible. Do not waste your money with IT online, I repeat, Do not waste your money. It is a JOKE. They are so professional at the point of getting you in and you will be sucked in but they give you a load of outdated pre-recorded recordings that wont let you pass your exam with the professional body. The toll this has on you mentally cannot be overemphasized. You have paid this huge amount of money with the hope of getting a promised job at the end of your course, but they have these subtle bottlenecks that slow you down on purpose plus the fact that its almost impossible for you to pass the exams and when you fail any exam, you have to pay out of pocket after the initial thousands of pounds you already paid. In my case I paid extra 1200 pounds and still couldn't get my diploma at the end of the day. I have at least 5 people that went through the program, completed passed and have a status on their LinkedIn as still 'aspiring', meaning they have not been able to land a Job. I have reached out to a few of them that are still hoping and waiting after more than a year of completing their Diploma. Do not fall for them, I have friend's that went on Youtube to self learn Business analysis and are now working as BA's for free. I was so stupid to believe IT online and follow the process. DONT BE LIKE ME!!!! One more thing, they will go to all the job sites and pose as recruiters (ITOL) that's their brand name of job sites and they promise you jobs after you have done a short course, don't contact them either, as they will keep your details and keep bothering you. They are some high level dubious educational institute and I hope some people can come together to bring them down as they prey on people's vulnerability and desperation to take their hard earned money. Also at the start of your course or when you pass some initial flimsy course they make you write an elaborate review at that moment when you are happy, not knowing what is coming for you ahead.

CAUTION - Misleading Recruitment Claims and Difficult Refund Process
I strongly recommend exercising extreme caution before signing up with ITOL.
- During the sales call, the recruitment support was presented as substantial assistance in helping secure a job. However, after paying the deposit and gaining access to the terms, it became clear that the “support” largely consisted of monitoring the jobs I had applied for rather than actively assisting with recruitment. This was not clearly explained before payment.
- Importantly, the full terms and fine print were only made available after the deposit was paid. When I decided to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, I initially faced resistance. Under these regulations, where no digital content has been accessed, consumers are entitled to a full refund. I had not accessed the course materials, and after asserting my rights, I was eventually refunded.
- I also experienced what I felt was unnecessary aggressive pressure from staff during the cancellation process and exercising my rights, as well as forced encouragement to use third-party credit partners during sign-up.
- Overall, my experience did not match the expectations set during the sales process. I would advise anyone considering this company to carefully review the full terms and understand exactly what services are being provided before making payment. If they are willing to deploy these kinds of practices at the start, who knows what the quality of the course would be like once started.

Great Support and Structured Learning – Highly Recommend
