Really really good company
The course was a slog but it's probably the only time where I've felt a company wanted to help and support me more than they just wanted my money for the course. Really went above and beyond to get me to pass these exams.

The structure of the learning is comprehensive
The structure of the learning module is quite impressive. It makes self learning possible at convenience and the explanations from the videos are equally good. However, it would be better if the practical illustrations are also documented for the students apart from being verbalised.

Ryan has been amazing in providing encouragement and support as I prepared for each of my exams. There is a strong safeguard in place to ensure you are truly exam-ready, particularly through the internal assessments, which helped build confidence and highlight gaps early on. Five stars for Ryan, looking forward connecting with ITOL Recruitment.
The virtual project was excellent and genuinely enjoyable. Side note: you can pause and replay the virtual project videos when accessing them on your phone—I used the Brave browser, which worked really well.

I really don`t know why they have 4.8…
I come with an update and I change my rating from one to 3 stars, being the average of the bad experience and great support after from Selena and Neville...Thank you "I really don`t know why they have 4.8 rating here. I am doing a Data Analysis Diploma course, I`m nearly at the end of first module and it feels like the worse corse I`ve ever done. It`s a total waste of time and money. The first video tutor (excell, power bi, tableau) was very knowledgeable but with 0 skills of teaching, explaining, and now, for SQL it`s even worse. The tutor has a very strong african accent, I barely understand half of what he sais, and also sometimes he presents like is the first time he sees the slides. On top of that, he uses a very old version of SSMS and everything he explained on setting it up didn`t make any sense for the version avalable now to instal. So If i were you, I would run from them, for me is too late, bacause I have already paid £4k...

A great platform for learning alongside working
The online platform is easy to use and is a great option for when you’re doing the course alongside a full time job. The only feedback I’d give is that the content should also be more tailored to more learning styles as not everyone learns by video. The tutors are great for giving extra tuition on topics when you need. Ryan helped me with plenty of extra questions and content so I could ensure I fully understood everything. He was also kind enough to adapt to my schedule and have a meeting outside of his standard working hours which was greatly appreciated. Thank you IT learning!
