I have owned my bike for approx. three months. I had a small issue with the front brake which their customer service went above and beyond to help and resolve this problem. I enjoy riding the bike everyday and I find all the controls very user friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family!

Very much satisfied by the customer care and after sale service they have answered my every email and help me out with everything. The scooter is top notch very much steady and good quality.

The scooter is amazing, handles steep hills and runs smoothly, and the big tires are handling gravel roads with ease.

I’ve been riding the ISINWHEEL S10Max electric scooter for about a month now, and in that time, I’ve already put nearly 600 miles on it. After daily use, I can confidently say this scooter has lived up to its promises and more.

🚚 Fast, Smooth Delivery

The ordering and delivery process couldn’t have gone better. I placed my order on a Friday afternoon, received a tracking number that same night, and by Monday it was already with FedEx. Even though it shipped out of California, it reached me in Maryland in just four days. That’s seriously fast compared to most big shipments.

⚡ Power & Speed That Matches the Specs

One thing that impressed me right away is that the speed really is as advertised. The 1000W motor pulls strong, and hitting close to 28 mph feels easy. The scooter accelerates smoothly, climbs hills without complaint, and feels stable the whole time. For anyone who’s looking for reliable commuting power, this scooter definitely delivers.

Battery life is good, though like most scooters, it’s a little less than the max range advertised if you’re riding fast every day. I’ve found it consistently reliable for commuting and daily use—no surprises or sudden drop-offs. The suspension is on the stiffer side. At first, I thought it might be too firm, but it actually makes a lot of sense. At higher speeds, you don’t want soft suspension bouncing around. When my scooter first arrived, the included lock wasn’t in the box. I contacted ISINWHEEL customer service and got a reply right away. They shipped the lock immediately, and it arrived almost as quickly as the scooter itself. That level of fast, responsive support really gave me confidence in the brand.

After one month and nearly 600 miles of riding, I can say the ISINWHEEL S10Max is worth every dollar. It’s quick, reliable, well-built, and backed by great customer service. Whether you’re commuting or just riding for fun, this scooter is a solid investment.

I want to start out saying how truly great full I am for the help and support I recieved during my troublesome times. The support team at isinwheel delivered not only prompt solutions to my inquiries, they also did it with tact and compassion. I felt as if I wasn't just another number on a checklist. J’ai acheté une trottinette sur le site Isinwheel début juillet, et je déconseille fortement ce site à quiconque souhaite un service fiable et respectueux des droits des consommateurs.

Le produit reçu est défectueux dès la première utilisation : la vitesse annoncée n’est pas respectée, le clignotant est défaillant, et des éléments de la commande n’ont jamais été livrés. Malgré tout cela, le service client reste totalement silencieux ou renvoie toujours le même message automatisé : “merci d’envoyer votre numéro de commande, des photos et des vidéos”. Même quand cela a déjà été fait plusieurs fois.

Avant d’acheter, je vous invite à les appeler vous-même : vous verrez à quel point il est difficile, voire impossible, d’obtenir un interlocuteur compétent. Par mail, les réponses sont rares, vagues ou inexistantes. Il est impossible d’avoir un traitement sérieux ou humain du dossier.

Ils ne respectent ni le délai légal de rétractation de 14 jours, ni la garantie légale de conformité. Sur leur site, ils indiquent que les retours sont possibles et gratuits pendant 30 jours. C’est complètement faux dans les faits : ils font tout pour décourager ou bloquer les retours.

Autre point très préoccupant : les trottinettes ne sont pas étanches. Et en cas de panne, il est extrêmement compliqué de trouver des pièces détachées compatibles. Il faut forcément passer par le fabricant, ce qui peut coûter une fortune. Un collègue de travail, dans la même situation, a dû débourser plus de 150 € pour changer une simple roue… crevée dès la livraison.

Bref, entre la qualité douteuse des produits, l’absence de service après-vente, et les pratiques commerciales très discutables, je recommande vivement d’éviter ce site.

Suite à un problème de jeu dans le pédalier et de bruits de « clacs » sur mon vélo électrique M10 d’Isinwheel, j’ai contacté le support d’Isinwheel qui m’ont répondu le lendemain en me demandant de resserrer les vis des manivelles. J’ai fait cette manipulation et rien n’a changé. Je les ai recontactés et ils m’ont dit d’aller voir un spécialiste de réparation de vélos ce que j’ai fait le lendemain. La réparation a été faite en peu de temps : c’était un problème de serrage et de montage en usine. J’ai payé la facture et ai demandé au support d’Isinwheel de me rembourser les frais engagés, car le vélo était sous garanti (acheté il y moins de 3 mois) ce qu’ils ont accepté de faire. Mon problème a été réglé et j’ai été remboursé des frais engagés, j’en suis très satisfait. Merci au support.

This bike is amazing to have. Rides smooth , 18 MPH just on throttle and about 25 MPH when pedaling on sport mode. I bike to work sometimes and that’s a 12 mile ride and battery can still take more! It’s a great choice if looking for a bike

Had an issue with receiving my package although it was the courier fault not Isinwheel. The customer service team was prompt everyday in communication with me & very helpful along the whole process very satisfied.
